If they could put the sauce that you ask for in the bag I’d donate a million dollars. I always ask at the speaker and it never makes it to the bag…this isn’t a one time thing. I go a lot. This happens 90 percent of the time. It’s like they’re on sauce preservation. lol Almost seems intentional to a degree. To add to the annoyance I parked to go in directly to get sauce, the door was locked. ????
The food is the same as every other Wendy's. They seem to be short-staffed or I'm not sure the problem. But the time to get the food is exceptionally longer than any other Wendy's I've been to. Also there's a lot of homeless people that I've seen sitting in there. Definitely not my top Wendy's to go to.
I had the chicken ranch wrap and I after only two bites it was just bland, my husband had the chicken nuggets and some baconater fries, he said they were terrible, there was trash under our table and the bathrooms hadnt been cleaned in a while.
It's Wendy's. You've been to others. It's the same. Your not going in (unless you need the bathroom) so does the atmosphere really matter? Chicken sandwich was hot. Fries were as well and the frosty was cold. They have 2 lanes but one is pretty much permanently closed, but its Wendy's, how busy they gonna be?
Pretty good food for a fast food place. We had to wait awhile before we ordered (we were 1st in line) since the front end guy looked like he was also handing out food at the drive through. I think they were short handed. But he did acknowledge us and said he'd be with us and was kind when he came over to take our order. It also took longer than normal to have our order ready, which was totally okay since we weren't in a hurry and they seemed pretty busy. But the place was pretty clean, and the food was good.
While during the day shift, the food is good and the service is respectful, the night shift is sloppily made and the staff is unprofessional as hell. The girl on the intercom is abrasive and impatient while the girl at the windows is insanely unprofessional. I understand fully that this is a first job for most but both females are old enough to know better than to act like they have better things to do. If they did they wouldn’t be working the night shift at a Wendy’s drive thru, no offense. The y see that I’m trying to put my card back in my wallet yet try to force me to take my drinks because they can’t wait two seconds while I secure it. They then decide it’s acceptable to recount offensive TikTok videos amongst themselves until they hear that I have someone on the phone and giggle while closing the windows.
If you order the bacon burger it looks nothing like advertised. Double bacon is barely enough. Skimping on ingredients will not impress your customers, just look at your drive up window customer flow and you'll know I am right. If you have to raise the price a little, do it, but screw us over and we'll shut your doors for you.
Nov 19th 2023 I went through the drive through and just want to give a shout out to the staff. Even though they were busy and under staffed, they were very nice and accommodating. I got a free frosty, and kind conversations with these young adults. I hope they see this review. Had I’d been able to, I would of left them a tip❤️
