Customer service needs improvement. I am a manager for a store and was a manager for Denny's, can't believe a new restaurant have a pretty bad management and people with attitudes towards the customers. Only a few I can count with one hand that are ok. I come almost daily and I will not come anymore if they don't address this issue.
I was looking forward to having a nice apple pecan salad with chicken. I waited quite a while to get the salad. at the take out window and when I got home there was a no chicken (also only a spoon) so I called and they did let me come back the next day rather than driving back then.. So I came back the next day. Just requested the chicken. But they gave me a whole salad with chicken and they gave me a senior drink to boot. So kind of a mixed review.
Terribly slow drive thru. Really ridiculous when there is only 1 car in front of me, been waiting over 10 minutes. Not good at all. I also asked for Sweet & Sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. They give me a gross and sticky packet of sauce, then it was sitting on top of my fries in the bag. Nasty. It's a really nice new Wendy's on the outside. Apparently operational chaos on the inside.
I’m not one to write bad reviews, let alone voice my opinion on a company or a specific person if I don’t have a good reason.
I run many different franchises as well as businesses that has flourished the past7 years so it’s safe to say I have enough experience to know when something is not right.
As far as service, quality & leadership this business has nothing and if I could rate 1 star it’d be my first priority. live 3 min away from this specific restaurant, I made a purchase totaling out to 26$ and some change when I arrived home to finally sit down and eat the food, everything minus the fries and the nuggets were completely horrid from the taste to the texture as it’s been sitting all day.
The next day I came in and relayed what was the problem to the on-site manager, from the moment I spoke about a complaint I immediately received an attitude as if I had no right to say anything to her, after a 5 min back and forth the only thing I was told to do was get in contact with the general manager.
5 min after leaving on 2/15 made a call and expressed my level of frustration with not only the food but the leadership on-site as well, during a 3 min conversation he told me since he’s not at the location he doesn’t have access to my purchase despite sending him my transactions via text message, he told me to wait till Saturday 2/16 over the phone to find a resolution and see about partial reimbursement in which I did not agree with , I was professional, calm & collected in my levels of frustration, seconds after he proceeded to hang up on me, after our phone call he proceeded to text me about him coming in Monday completely disregarding telling me numerous times it would be Saturday.
Needless to say it’s Wednesday now, and it’s my fourth time reaching out, all the while not receiving any updates in regards to my complaint, upon answering he said he couldn’t find the transaction so I went out of my way yet again to prove my purchase.
When he found my purchase he told me he can’t do anything away from replacing the meal, in which was terrible and never will I touch foot in that location ever again.
I have physical representation and pictures as well as recorded voice calls with the general manager and am looking to elevate this to the BBB.
The leadership here is terrible, and non existent I ask you guys to please stay away from this location.

If they remember to pack all my items, I purchased in the bag and not sell burnt cookies it would be great !
Waited in drive through then got asked to park and wait that is fine. 11 minutes later food comes out wrong also fine, I go back in to ask for a receipt and ask to remake my food. Thankfully the nice cashier remade food but then had to ask manager to pull up receipt came out looking obviously not happy at all and still could not get receipt. Probably the worst service i have had at the location.
Food was cold. We ordered 4 biggie bags but crispy chicken. They shoved them in 2 bags. Cold food and the 5 cookies were hard u could break a tooth. Separate bags.
A few of us went here for an iced dessert after visiting burger fi a few doors away. Dined in, server got the order wrong when there were only 2 choices, ok it happens I guess. Food was great but someone needs to properly train or manage the team, motivation seemed low. Its simple, pay attention, take interest and a little pride in your work and you will be able to improve things in life. Just felt like there was a lack of interest in working or doing a good job after watching the place run for 30+ minutes. It really is a shame, poor culture in this restaurant in August 2023. Something is not right there, maybe a management issue or a few bad apples in the barrel, something is off though and customers can pick that up. We want you to do great!
