Horrible service, went to this location Thursday night around 820pm. My daughter and I went in to order and the lady wearing a gray shirt (probably supervisor) was rude. She said "they were only taking kisok order inside" so I asked her "if it took coupons" she then said "NO, YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT THEN" very rudely. We waited for about 5 to 7 minutes and never came to help us. We left and went to McDonald's across the way which was quick and fast. She should not be a lead, supervisor, boss if she treats customers rudely!!!
On 4/6/2024, I visited your store located with the intention of trying a sample of your Frosty Ice Cream before making a purchase decision. As a potential customer, I believe it is essential to have the opportunity to taste a product before committing to a purchase, especially when it comes to food items.
Unfortunately, when I asked the staff if I could sample the Frosty Ice Cream, I was informed that samples were not available at that time. I was told is not company policy for me to get a sample. I was quite disappointed by this response as it hindered my ability to make an informed decision about whether to purchase the product.
As a loyal customer who has enjoyed your products in the past, I was surprised by the lack of availability of samples, particularly for a product as enticing as Frosty Ice Cream. Sampling is not only a courtesy to customers but also a crucial aspect of marketing and sales strategy.
I understand that operational constraints may occasionally limit the availability of samples, but I believe it is imperative for your store to ensure that customers have access to them whenever possible. This not only enhances the customer experience but also fosters trust and loyalty towards your brand.
I’m going to keep this short and sweet. Food was good but the service oh the service was horrible and they told my coworker and some other dude they weren’t taking in person orders when there is 2-3 people just standing around doing nothing or talking to each other on the stupid headsets. Oh and it’s nothing but kids that work there.
I went in st 10:25 AM for a breakfast sandwich, however I was informed that breakfast was over. Why so early? When I turned to go across the street to McDonald's, manager said she would have a sandwich made. I did get my sandwich and fries, however, I was not pleased with the sandwich.
Pulled up at 6:28 pm pulled up to right side drive-thru waited until 6:31 i heard a lady say" hi can i take your order" i said can i get a number 7. Went silent when another car pulled up on left and that customers order was immediately taken. After that car ordered I said hello,,,,, Hello,still silent. Drove to window told that lady I was first and she had an attitude " Well I didn't hear you". First time and last time here.I didn't even get a receipt.
The staff there are very polite food it's always fresh. The food takes while to get however worth hot and great during daytime. Don't do late night food might be cold and not fresh drive thru that is closing time.
New location, service needs to be worked out. Wasn't very busy, but my order was still wrong, you could see them arguing amongst themselves on what was supposed to go in the bag. The person practically threw the bag at me once the food was placed in it. Fries and nuggets were cold and tasted stale, like the oil was wrong or dirty.
Really need help, cannot last with current service. Drive through parked me and never came out. Had to take child from the car in the rain and still waited another 15-20 minutes after being parked for 15.
