Crazy how people believe they're worth 20 bucks an hour. Wendy's do better
Every time I go here, there is this same heavy-set black girl with short hair that is very rude. No greeting, just "what?" and she just talked over me today when I was in the middle of explaining my order. I really hope she isn't a manager. She needs to be counciled on customer service before she gets to work with people again. It's bad when you dread going to a certain location because of ONE employee.
I ordered a burger from the drive-through, which took fifteen minutes. People were getting frustrated and pulling out before they got to order. When I got home, I looked at the burger - it must be a week old, coagulated, and cold! Disgusting! I'm not waiting another fifteen minutes to return it; it's going in the garbage!
I showed up 30 minutes before closing and whoever was at tje drive thru insisted they were closed. I remarked that they were supposed to be open until midnight, and all I got was, "and we're closed ". When I asked for the store number I was met with silence. Must be bad management.
Placed a mobile order, a very simple one. 2 Biggie bags and a Dave's single. I pulled up with one car in front of me. Waited several minutes before being asked to pull by the door. I asked the young lady for ketchup and salt and she said she would put it in the bag. I waited as 7 other cars pulled away and about 15 minutes passed. Fries and nuggets were cold. No salt or ketchup but I did get some pepper that I didn't ask for or need. Then I find a burger instead of a chicken sandwich in the Biggie bag. How hard is this to get right? I was very polite and patient. I honestly believe these people do everything they can to make sure customers don't return.
Wrong drink, no spoon with chili, no straw in bag. Get screwed at the drive thru twice. Will not return. Same person at drive thru has Absolute worst personality.
Ordered a baconator meal large size and they gave me a Dave's double instead. The large fry you can see was a medium fry in a large box. Wanted the pretzel burger they don't have the Buns. Wanted Dr. Pepper they were out of that too. So much for the slogan on the side of the building that they don't cut corners..... I won't be eating here anymore.
No one was in the restaurant. The counter employee barely spoke to us. Gave us our drink cups and we sat at a table. He brought out our food in bags and just dropped them off and left. Not the kinda service that I would expect on a Friday night at 6 and an empty restaurant.
