Idk maybe it's just me but I like my lettuce a little more leafy? Everything else tastes good. Well, fast food good lol
Me and my fiance were inside wendys on Friday march 22nd when the manager on duty started berating and yelling at an employee with special needs. The food was fine but this type of behavior will make sure we never return. Absolutely despicable to see a person who’s supposed to be in charge using that power for evil.
Wendy's is my grandchild's go to place. She loves the chicken nuggets and frosty! I do have to say that when we were there it was quite cold! It's January and it felt like the air conditioner was on. When it was done running its cycle and turned off it was more comfortable. But, it turned on again and was cold again! Ugh! But, we still do love it there even when it's snowing inside! Lol
Excellent, excellent, and excellent service! The young man who took our order and provided our food, did everything exceptional. Thank you for providing amazing customer service.
Never in my life I have. I had a fast food restaurant place so many. My names with me and his absolutely insane! First or food was absolutely horrid. Absolutely freezing cold. And I only live 2 minutes down the road. They gave me an extra bunch of food. I didn't even order. I called to get it replaced and/or refunded. And they said so we can't do that. Unless you bring the food back up so I drove out of my way to bring the food back up mind you. I was never given a receipt! He an old man named TJ said we can't refund it unless you have a receipt, I said nicely several times I was never given a receipt and he said and I quote. Not my problem so then of course I wasn't very happy. There raised my voice again and said. I was never given a receipt and he said. I don't know what to tell you not my problem... I spent $27 on fast food. And I expect my food to be made the correct way. Not a bunch of food thrown in that. I never ordered globs of ketchup in mayonnaise luke warm food at best... Trust me mean everybody I know will never eat there again... And I will call corporate every single day until this is taken care of TJ is a repermand.
For treating a customer that way....
Not happy my last experience. The food was fine but when I order large fries, I expect large fries and not half the container full!!! After paying so much for a little sandwich like the double stack for $3.50 for smaller than a McDouble i expect more.
Worst experience of my life in a Drive-Thru, you people want more money to do less and then get an attitude with a customer if they order six meals. If you don't like working go back on welfare where you belong! or retirement. Just because you wasted your life and didn't do anything with it and now you're stuck working at a fast food place you don't have to be unhappy with customers!
Not staffed well enough and will willfully ignore customers at the counter to help the drive thru. Terrible customer service today. Left after over 10 minutes in line with several people in front of me and nobody being helped.
