We stopped for a late night snack. Fries and Frosty's! The best midnight snack - kid approved. The staff was extra nice and gave us our 4 fries in 4 bags so there was no fighting among the kiddos about who stole who's fries! Will stop at this Wendy's again.
We ordered inside and waited and waited and waited, watching others who ordered after us leave with their food. Watched a lady take a teens order, whom ordered before us. She had ordered after us.
Then we walked up to the counter to check on it. Took a few minutes while we watched a guy do fries another one on his phone, finally a young guy came up and asked us about it. Our order was ready a while ago but no one was up front and bagged it.
Management really needs to step up!!! We however won't be back.
It's fast food, so I'm just comparing to other fast food, not sit down restaurants.
They are fast, and the $5 biggie bag is one of the best values around. I can take the family out and know that the kids will be happy and not break the budget. Their more expensive chicken sandwiches are really good and I love the salads too.
Sometimes they rush and leave out an item, so check your bag. I also miss the side salads.
Uhhh what happened? Last week I ordered it was awful and wrong . Wrong sauces awful food and everything was cold and even the nuggets couldn’t be reheated to enable. Ordered today and it had the right sauce the food was cold but we always plan on air frying it, no disappointment today. It’s been two years since I’ve been this happy with Wendy’s. Only order in a pinch but the staff today on point.

Watched staff making fun of a customer. (Me).
I just wanted onions and cheese with my chili, didn’t need or deserve the hurtful attitude.
Even placing my order was made difficult.
Addendum:
Attempted contacting Wendy's corporate. Corporate doesn't answer the phone.
Called the store and asked for franchise owner's contact info. "Manager" refused to give me franchise owner's name or her own last name . Wendy's...I'm done.
This was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Not a single employee said anything other than "What can I get for you" in the rudest way they possibly could. We went in at breakfast and I got the maple bacon and chicken croissant. It was drenched in the maple sauce and nearly inedible. I had to squeeze it like a sponge to get most of it off. Another thing that bugged me was the price. The menu said 7.49 but our combos were 8.19. I understand inflation is big right now but at least list the proper price. We were the only ones who ate in and we could see the drive thru line. They sent almost every car to wait at the front and I could see how upset they were. One lady was still waiting there from before we got there and barely got her food before we got ours. When we had to go because my partner had to get back to work I asked for a little to-go bag for the fries and the employee who got it said nothing to me. She was blasting music in her ears and chewing gum. When I said thank you she rolled her eyes. If you have a choice just drive a little further to the digital drive location. Their wait times may be slow but at least the employees treat you like a human. The only person who said have a good day while we walked out was the old man cleaning windows.
this is such a lovely place to hang out and eat Wendy's. there's an occasional creepy old man who stares but otherwise it's a great location. all the staff are very friendly and approachable. the app almost always has amazing deals. the $5 biggie bag is a great thing to get if you want a little bit of everything at Wendy's. it's better to get a frosty instead of a soda though because you can dip your food in it and it elevates the whole experience.
The last 3 times I've ordered food from here, I don't get a single item I actually ordered. I don't know what system this location has in place but it isn't working. The service isn't great but I genuinely think the staff are just struggling. Every time I go it's an entirely new set of people. Not a single familiar face. This store has a lot of work to do but getting at least 1 of the items I ordered correct would be a great place to start.
