My sister and I just went to this location and the manager that is always rude while taking orders worked this shift today He kept being rude and short while we were trying to order. He sounded dry. We ended up cancelling our order because of him. When we drove past the drive thru him and his work crew were laughing. It's really sad that people that work at fast food do not have food customer service at all. If you don't like your job then leave it. Please clean this location and hire people with good customer service. This is the third time he has been rude.
Me and my sister went in as the only customers in the dining room my order was a 5 minute wait ok not bad but my sisters was a 20 minute wait! There was no since of urgency or hey they've been stareing at us for 20 minutes let's get this order out the ordered 4 jbc burgers and 4 fries a little wait I understand but 20 minutes as the only customers and we can see yall taking yall barely trying by the time we left to sit and eat outside my meal was COLD there's to many ppl doing nothing for it to have taken that long I won't be back
First they forgot one of my items. Then the buns for the burgers were soggy with the grease I can't eat wet soggy bread. Yet again wasted money on Wendy's trash!!! Do better!!
Went in to get the food.. Drive thru was packed. not movIng very fast. grandkids melt down. They wanted Frostys and food. It was Hot out side. Then all was good.. lol
The staff here this morning is so annoying and the reason why I rarely eat out. Unprofessional, look like the rolled out of bed and came to work. Manager pants hanging dow past gos but with a belt on... tighten the belt, we came for food not dirty boxer but shots. Took forever to get my food and if you ask for assistance the arguing in front of you of who dont want to. I probably would have received faster service in the damn drive through. They assisted 8 people who were after me because the drive thru was empty when i got in... no coming back for breakfast. I should have went to the waffle house. Who still still has Christmas decor in the lobby in March. I ordered at Wendy's use to be my first pick but the past year I am done.
Rude! They have absolutely NO customer service skills! They don't smile, they don't greet you properly, and their tone of voice is just ugly. On top of that, they're going to serve some mess. There's an 80% chance you've wasted your money on some mess!
So the lady at the counter called me baylee and said it wasn't my order when the order said BRADLEY I was still baylee and this is the second time my burger was raw just saying get better help on Hamilton Rd by the library you're help sucks
This place was mediocre. The manager didn’t want to let other do their jobs. He paused to take someone else’s order instead of handing me my drink. Made me wait for no reason when he had an employee supposed to be doing it. Won’t return.
