Little slow getting my order out (especially since I was the only one here) but the staff was very kind. Clean restaurant and good food.
The nuggets and fries were we're good, but unfortunately the manager on duty yelled at the window attendant because we wanted to add something to our order which is unfair cuz that guy is only doing his job. We're the ones who wanted something extra.
These nuggets were so grossly old and stale I had to throw them away. I couldn’t even swallow the one I chewed. So disgusting. I work at a restaurant and when the food is like that we throw it away… It’s literally common sense. It’s not rocket science people use your brains. Or you know maybe don’t be so lazy. I’d feel so guilty giving a customer food THAT stale. I’m not doing this for a refund or anything I don’t want that, but it’s just to let people know to not go to this Wendys if they want somewhat decent quality food. I know its fast food but people are still paying with their hard earned money.
One of the more solid Wendy's I've been too. Usually very friendly and fast.
They messed up my order, but they were nice enough to replace it and communicate with me. I respect that but the food is a fast food so you’re throwing the dice there.
Was waiting for my food for over 30 minutes. They it came out cold and didn't have the rest of my order... A quick stop for food was almost an hour
my husband and i stopped in for lunch. when our order was being taken, an employee was mishandling cleaning supplies and the manager was asking his employees to show him “how to properly wash your hands” because “if they (i’m assuming corporate?) come in and see improper hand washing that’ll be bad”. then my husband had to ask them to remake his baconator because there wasn’t bacon on it. we sat at the cleanest table and my shoes kept slipping on the floor from how dirty the floors were. my husbands shoes were also sticking to the floor with his steps. the establishment was not very clean. i will say that after they remade the baconator, we had no other complaints about our meals, they were fresh and tasty.
The food was pretty good. The chicken nuggets were not fresh, but the rest was good. The tables were all dirty, and the gal acted like we were putting her out to wipe them down. It is definitely not the cleanest Wendy's I've been to, and the staff was not very friendly. The burgers were right on par with what expect from Wendy's
