I couldn't order just a grilled chicken wrap from the kiosk,only in a bundle, so I ordered the classic chicken. 1/2 piece of lettuce and a end of a tomato. $6.59. Nothing classic about it.
Also I am not sure why they need to be pressure washing the patio are during a lunch time. Not surprised no one was sitting out there on a beautiful day.
Food was good, the fries where tasty and nice coke a cola ????, the reason it's 3 stars is the time to get out food was a little to long, we got 4 meals and all burgers, and it took 45 minutes to get out food, I'm not mad at the employees it's the manager who does not give a shot, he yelled at our nice cashier just because she needed help, like wow, there where 3 employees back there but only our cashier was doing out whole big order, I feel bad for those employees.
Denied access inside at 7:45pm, when the sign says dining room untill 10pm. But other customers can walk through another door and order.
If you're going to operate with a Mobile App for ordering ahead and list your time open until 12 AM, then you **** well STAY OPEN until 12 and honor an order that gets put in and accepted through the app regardless of whether you randomly decide to close early. What you don't do is make a customer have to knock on the window and then tell them you've closed early and to call customer service for a refund. I hadn't been able to eat anything all day and was finally able to get out and try to pick up some food at what I figured was the only place in town still open, and that's what I get instead? Not even an offer of a voucher or anything in compensation. Staff really needs a stern lesson in customer service themselves.
The app said the dining room was open, I got to the restaurant and it wasn't. Went through the drive through and was ignored till I drove back around to the menu board. Lost my appetite by this time and wanted to cancel the order. They couldn't cancel it. Called Wendy's support to get my money back and was on hold for over twenty minutes without anyone answering. Tried the online chat while waiting and the request was never answered. Finally found the customer care email address and requested the refund. I hope I get my money back ????????Never again.
Generally a nice place. People just need to manage expectations like if the place is closed early it's outside of the employees control for whatever reason but other than that employees are nice. Food is good would recommend better training and quality control.
Unrelated to a review but one I noticed a lot recently coming here is please treat people with respect. I understand the wendy's isn't fast or is closed early which can upset you but use some decent home training when talking to people... I see far too many people yelling at the employees here cause of time issues obviously time issues can be caused by any issue but it doesn't mean you should lose some decent etiquete when talking to another person.
Food & service was always great, but there is nothing anywhere that says when Wendy's is drive-thru only. It's not fair to allow us to order online for "dine-in" then force us to carry out. Please update the app when this happens, otherwise it's lying by omission.
I had a small chilli. Came with a lot of crackers, which I loved. The flavor was so good. I finished it for lunch. Perfect. The line was long but, it didn’t take too long. I ordered the chicken nuggets for later. Friendly workers.
