5/28 Rude cashier and rude manager on duty. I ordered a sandwich and a small French fry and a medium sweet tea and a medium orange dreamsickle frosty. I was given a cup and I went to the ice dispenser and I filled up with the ice and I went to get the sweet tea and it was completely empty and I let the manager on duty know that it was empty and I was waiting for the tea to be brought out and the manager on duty was just carrying on gossiping and she seen me waiting patiently and I was ignored. Then I tried the unsweet tea and it was the worst tea I've ever tasted and so I proceed to empty it out and I fill it up with ice and I figured I would get fruit punch and it was nothing but water so by this time I just dumped it out and threw away the cup and after I got the rest of the order I left. And as I was leaving she was telling one of the employees who was taking care of the customers "I told you to put the sweet tea out when she was the one who was watching me wait for at least 5 minutes and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I can tell you that I will never go to Wendy's ever again and I will not tell anyone else to either.
Bad place to go to eat!! Never again will it happen!! ????????????. Hopefully the main office sees this and not one of the noncaring managers that is on duty at the time.

This 1st time ever I wasn't happy. My order wasn't correct n fries limp . Finally, the crew member attitude was kinda rude. This was upsetting because I work in food services my entire life. I understand stuff happens. But #1 the food and experience is what brings service n jobs . I Love Wendy's always . Thank you.
If I could give zero I would. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and wasted it waiting after placing an order on the app. The service was EXTREMELY SLOW and the food was cold. NO apologies were offered. Can't believe these people want 15$ per hour for the scrappy service they provided
Lobby is dirty, staff is rude, order is never right, even when you haven't customized. Used to be good, don't know why it's gone so downhill.
A good deal with the $5 biggie bag. A bacon cheeseburger, nuggets, fries and a drink. Can't get that anywhere for that price.
Fast and friendly staff located inside Shands hospital very clean and lots of seating but more expensive and not a full menu example no 4 for $4

Busy, busy, busy. The wait for the food wasn’t too long. Overall, I had a good experience at this Wendy’s. I have revisited this establishment several times already.
