Definitely not one of my go-to places. Much better than any of the Wendy's around, but that's not saying too much.
The freshness is really a hit or miss here. If you ask them to make it fresh, they most certainly will, but not without attitude. The Coca-Cola freestyle machines are almost always out of a handful of selections, leaving you feeling directed to a decision rather than a choice.
The outside of the building is quite inviting. The parking lot is usually free of debris, even with the homeless problem in the area.
All-in-all, not much good to say. I'd leave a corporate review, but I already threw away my receipt and won't be back.
We used the drive through. The food was fresh and hot. When we were served fries instead of a frosty that I ordered, they quickly fixed the issue and told us to keep the fries.
How is it that you asked your order ,then less than a minute you're paying, and then you realize your order is incorrect! You then ask the cashier how that can happen so often when the stations are so close and simple you ask, then I'll tell you! A double Dave, large Chili everything in it,and a cinnamon bond. Get to the window to pay and repeat . No cinnamon bond, and my Chili came with crackers, only no cheese or hot chili sauce. This happens so frequently in these fast chains, but our prices continue to rise, but the level service has fallen! Unfortunately, people like myself find these things out when we get to our destination. Please explain from ordering, to pay the window, then receive the order. How can three items get screwed up!
Dumbest experience I have encountered. I placed an order through the app and they wouldn't hand it to me at the drive thru even though it was ready. A new level of lazy and stupidity. Mcdonalds would of handed me my order.
Excellent cuisine. The menu is comprehensive and seasonal, with a high level of quality.
I'd like to agree that they provide value for money. Host were experienced and make a good recommendation ????
Our visit to Wendy's went very well tonight. We were stopping in to grab something to eat, and my partner has issues with chewing food so they were able to get him what he wanted but presented in a way that was easier for him to eat. That was going above and beyond. They were very friendly and our order came out quickly and they answered our questions well. I tried the new nacho cheeseburger and it was delicious. I intend to get it again. All in all, it was a great experience and if I'm up in that part of Indianapolis again I intend to stop at that Wendy's to get something to eat.
This place need to get shut tf down ASAP!! I never received my food they took 60 dollars from me then tried to act like they didn’t receive it….. i suggest yall to not order from here ts is beyond me and the employees need to invest in their education????????????????????
Great place to stop by and get food for the family. Great workers with great attitudes.
