Drive thru worker didn't like us to do mobile order on Wendy's app for our burgers but discount is only using their app so that would be hard for them to honor their app discounts. Also, we used our Frosty key tags for free Frosty and she said the whole order needs to be done at drive thru as she didn't know how to press key for doing it mobile. They need to train workers better and to not be rude and disrespect like that to paying customers! Finally, after coming home, one burger had a few bites until it was realized there was no lettuce and the patties were rare inside! The second burger was sliced open, again no lettuce and patties were red rare inside. Took pictures and will be notifying headquarters of our full (really horrific) experience at this Wendys. I tried calling them right away and with each (tried called four times) attempt, it rang and then hung up so, there was no way to fix these issues tonight with manager on staff.
Serving RAW CHICKEN for breakfast! We stopped here literally 10 minutes ago on our way to Disney and all 3 of the breakfast chicken sandwiches we ordered were raw! My brother threw up after eating only a quarter of the sandwich. I called the store multiple times to try to alert them so they can correct this and not make other people sick, but they don’t answer their phone.
I am pregnant and got about halfway through this sandwich before realizing it was raw.
I’m currently recovering from a severe sinus infection so my sense of smell/taste is really low which is why I didn’t notice at first.
I’m terrified of food poisoning because my immune system is already very sensitive as a pregnant woman. Currently praying I don’t get sick. I am so upset.
Upon arrival, we told the lady we had a large order. We asked for 10 biggie bags. She immediately said she could only make 5. I asked, if it was because of lack of supplies or if we should go inside? and she said yes,( to going inside to order) so I asked what was the difference? She went back and forth about it was a busy night and couldn't fulfill the order. -1 car showed up the entire time we were there. After about 2 minutes of silence on her side, she finally took the entire order. We paid for our order and were instructed to pull over to the side and wait. And Wait, And Wait. Absolutely the worst ever experience at a Wendy's.
I ordered a wrap and didn’t receive the sauce I had asked for and also my rap was NOT edible and hard and completely opened. The lady was so rude with attitude and no consideration for the fact that it wasn’t a mess up that I did, basically threw my food to me when I went back for a new one and was mad that she had to remake it.
Every time. Every time I’m in the drive-through and they put me on hold. Only two cars were in the drive-through and they told me to wait. 5 minutes passed, and still no reply. Where I work, we never put people on hold. It’s poor cs and destroys our time. We always find someone to take the order if we’re busy. Guess they don’t have time here? All I wanted was a chocolate frosty. Should be like a press of no more than 3 buttons, then you’re done. I’m sticking to the Wendy’s on University.
This once beautiful restaurant has gone so far downhill that it's disgusting and sad. I will be sending pictures to the district manager. Ants on the drink machines, ice didn't work, floors, counters and restrooms were filthy. No chili sauce for the chili. Crackers were stale. Horrible experience. I asked for the manager and showed her all my concerns. We were there for nearly an hour for lunch and killing time with my truck driving niece we hadn't seen in years and not once did anyone come to clean up the dining room area or tables.
Would never come here cant get my order right and it was cold
