I had my wife pick me up a classic double cheeseburger. Wanted one all day. When I got it there was dried out and over cooked meat. It was gross. Threw it in the trash. What happened to if you wouldn’t eat it why would you expect someone else to. So sad.
The sign on the door says they closed the inside at 10. I called and the lady that picked up was nice, but she stated they only had 3 employees on staff and were short handed. Even though this may be the case, it still didn’t allow us the experience to hat we wanted. The drive thru was backed up as well and my 3 year old isn’t that patient. Please staff better in the future to provide the level of service that you advertise.
I ordered Double Nacho Cheeseburger with medium fries and cola. Potatoes are very good but comes with high salt unfortunately. Burger has corns :)
Our burgers , the meat was tough and chewed with a bad smell and the buns were very stale. The cashiers were rude when we complained and gave us dirty looks and then walked away cursing us. NO explanation or offer to fix our meals and said nothing was wrong with it and refused to give us our money back.
I had a bug crawl out of my apple pecan salad just as I was about to take my first bite. I was completely grossed out!!! So I threw the whole thing in the garbage. I called the store, but no one answered. I contacted Wendys customer service. They responded quickly. I never heard from the store manager like I was told I would. I was then told I would hear from the district manager. Again, I heard nothing. I guess they don't care about customer service.
Rlly good Wendy's, i stop here on my way to work in the morning. I put in my mobile order when I leave and get there like 5 minutes later and it's just sitting on the counter ready for me every time.
Grabbed a burger today and it was good, but then went to the restroom afterward and saw how filthy it was and now I’m totally grossed out. The sink and toilets look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Employees who make your food use these bathrooms… I don’t understand how the manager doesn’t see that. I’m a big fan of Wendy’s, but come on guys!
Received excellent service at this location. I went into the store because I had a free sandwich with the Wendy's app!! Sure enough, after I ordered my food; the Wendy's quit working and I didn't have the coupon available. I asked to speak to a manager; and a friendly, pregnant lady, Janesty, walked up and had a friendly disposition. She was very nice and happily went ahead and gave me the free sandwich which disappeared on the app!! She didn't have to do it and it would not have upset had she not given me the sandwich. I got a really nice vibe from all the workers actually and it was like night and day compared to a lot of the other Wendy's locations that I frequent!! When you have friendly, intelligent management; the service sells itself!! Thank you Wendy's for the great experience!!
