Went thru the drive through to order the girl taking the order seemed like we were bothering her, not pleasant at all. When we pulled up to the window we asked for a packet of salad dressing and got an eye roll. Sorry we bothered you!
Elyeria was literally the best Wendy's employee I've ever dealt with and if she doesn't receive max raise on her next review it would be a disservice to the company

It was very good, and it was free! Especially, my Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant and seasoned fries tasted very good.
We usually enjoyed Wendy's but after being served 2 salads that had spoiled chicken on them, and spoiled bacon on the one, we'll never go back. My husband took the food back to the store. There he was told the chicken wasn't bad on both, even though from the same stock. The manager even agreed with the chicken being bad on the one. We got a Dave's burger ( which were on sale for I believe a dollar) and small fries to replace the one order but they refused to replace the second salad. Therefore we were screwed out of money. The manager had the nerve to ask how my husband could act so upset because when he came in here the first time he was so pleasant. Are you serious? Whatever happened to the customers always right?
Ordered a baconator it came with no bacon on it and my other sandwich was not the 8 dollar sandwich I paid for. They put lettuce and tomato instead of bacon on the baconator so it must be someone back there freestyling lol
Restaurant was clean and orderly. Staff was very polite and professional.
Placed my order through drive thru. I ordered a loaded nacho cheeseburger meal. Instead they gave me a loaded nacho chicken meal. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was never put in my bag. I ordered a peppermint frosty but the lady handed me a chocolate vanilla frosty. So when I told her that she gave me the wrong frosty, she gave me a whole nasty attitude and slammed the glass window shut. The man that gave us our food was nice though. Lately the service really sucks. The food is a hit or miss.
It's fast food and I do not do fast food unless I am in a real pinch. When I do have to buy fast food Wendy's is in my top 2 choices.
