The manager was awesome. I kept hearing her tell her staff how awesome they were doing during the rush and her positive attitude is contagious. Food was piping hot and fresh. Almost zero wait.
Idk why but every time I visit this location, it takes like 10 years to get through the drive thru. The service is so slow. I assume it's understaffed but come on. Hire more people or train the ones you have better. This is a consistent problem for me at this location and this is not based on a one time experience.
Not a fan of the touch screen ordering. Loose track of what things cost and what options are. Layout is rough being that drink station is very tight. Noisy atmosphere with very little sound dampening
Like the Zaxbys across the street, never had bad food or experience. Had cold fries once, but they gave me some new ones so I'm cool. Everyone in here is super nice.
I came at like 11:15pm today and my chicken nuggets where stale and cold, aswell as my fries, the were flimsy, cold, and tasted very stale. My boyfriends chicken sandwich that was supposed to have cheese on it had a tiny little piece of cheese. How do you even get a tiny piece of cheese instead of a full slice. It was very disappointing spending 15 dollars on a meal that doesn’t even taste like a meal. If the company is going to raise the prices on their fast food chain that is supposed to be cheep and now is not, than please teach y’all’s cooks to not keep food sitting and make the food fresh after it sits for a certain amount of time. It did not even taste like anything Wendy’s. Usually Wendy’s has the best food, but tonight was so disgusting, it didn’t even taste like Wendy’s at all, the fries are always thick and crispy but not tonight, and the nuggets are always juicy but aswell not tonight. It was like I was eating rotten food. And I wish they had given me my recipe but they did not.
Clean and very nice. The cashier was super friendly and very helpful. She made my experience very good
Perfect sweet tea, bacon was cooked perfect , drive thru very fast service!
Always fast and friendly, drive thru person was very patient while I muddled thru my last second decisions
