I was in a hurry to get back to Lexington. You could not even get in the McDonald's parking lot and there was only one truck in the Wendy's parking lot and no one in the drive-thru. That should have been my first sign. I ordered a single without mayo thinking it would be made fresh since I ordered without mayo. When I got on the parkway and unwrapped the burger. It was completely cold. Not even lukewarm! The bun was hard and stale and the burger had been sitting out for at least an hour under no heat. I took two bites and threw the rest away. It was disgusting! I could not turn around and take it back as time would not permit however I do not recommend this restaurant. Dave would be very disappointed!
My food was hot and fresh. Kim made sure to provide me with a warm smile. Definitely the most put together wendys restaurant I've been to in years!
Stopped by here passing through have always loved Wendys but this was by far the worst burger i have ever paid for. The bun was hard the bacon burnt and the burger was cold and dried out. The only good thing was the fries were fresh. Would not recommend stopping at this Wendys in Columbia to my worst enemy.
I just got home with my order. I take ONE bite out of my junior bacon cheeseburger. I had to pull a hair out. ONLY TO FIND TWO MORE TANGLED IN MY BACON. This is the second time this has happened and the very same reason I haven’t returned since. Disgusting. A health violation. And I wouldn’t even be writing this if it was a mistake of one hair, no… three. And don’t worry, I have pictures.
Not to mention, a friend of mine went in months back asking for an application- the management gave them one gladly… however the staff were making rude looks and laughing at them for asking for said application. I worked for the Wendy’s in Campbellsville for years and I’m honestly disgusted with Columbias.
My baconator was fine but my heart grows cold when I get a order of cold fries. I guess this explains my cold three star rating on this visit. as I always say they need to peel them taters. Wendy's fries were great back when they used to peel them taters. They were probably my favorite fries back in the day when they used to peel them taters. Oh did I mention that they need to peel them taters?
Always excellent service here!! Like everywhere else, prices have increased but the workers are the best!!
I went through the drive through. Everything was ordered and then come out perfectly ordered.

Why is the dining room always closed? Tried to go inside on a 98 degree day at 3pm to cool off. But had to get back in the car and wait behind 9 cars for 30mins. I wonder if the closed dinning has anything to do with looong drive thru waits???. Dave Thomas isn't feeling it
