Can someone explain to me, how this is a large fry? Shame on me for not checking.
I let it slide the first time (maybe 2 weeks ago) but this time was far worse than last. Unacceptable!
I should’ve just ordered a small. No wonder the turnover rate is high at this location.
The incompetence and inconsistency is shameful. I wish Wendy’s would go back to their ways, circa 2016.
Burger King (down the road) can take all of my money. At least, they are respectful and give out sizes proportionately. Shame on you Wendy’s with your DEI-incompetent hires.
Wendy's serve very good burgers that actually tastes like hamburger. That's rare among the fast food chains unless you are at a one of the high end burger joint. The service was as expected, quick with no fanfare.
Standard Wendy's. Coke freestyle machine did have a few things out. Food was freshly made, and hot when I received it. Interior decorations were 90s style, yet well taken care of. Very small sunroom. Tables and chairs were clean. Trash was overfilled however.
We drove through the Drive Thru. 4-6 Crew Members were just outside the Rear Door Smoking Weed!! We got up to the Window & I told the Lady that the next time they are all out there smoking, it would be a good idea to keep it away from cars with Children in them. We pull forward, they check our bags, and we were short a whole Kids Meal!! The Chicken Nuggets were Greasy & Hard at the same time?! It was a pretty disgusting experience!
The workers were very rude. The cashier forgot to take our payment, then rolled her eyes at us when we reminded her. They seemed very distracted behind the counter, and the service was slow moving
Good experience. Friendly drive thru staff. Food was good. Didn't have the special other stores did, so disappointed with that, but alternative was good
The best! One of the best Wendy's ever! Their food was hot and fresh. But the chilli stole the show with how hearty and delicious it is!!
Food is always made quickly and served hot. Never had a bad experience!
