Location is clean in appearance. Food was hot & tasty. Although my spicy chicken sandwich was good it was plain but not spicy as I ordered.
The staff was pleasant, so I was pleased with my visit here.
This is the worst and dirtiest location I’ve ever seen. They need to be shut done by the department of health. Food inspector needs to visit this location. I witness an employee stick in bare hands in the fries and starting eating some. Look at the employee with no gloves
We got some coupons in the mail
So decided to check it out for breakfast. Rolled up about 8:45, no answer at the drive thru. Waited until 9 when the dinning room was supposed to open only to find the door still locked. Tried the drive thru again and no answer. There was definitely an employee inside just chilling. What a waste of 20 minutes.
$20.00 for 2 Dave's singles, fries and cokes. I was told I had to wait on fries so I thought I was going to get fresh hot fries but no just cold ones. Burger was old and could tell it had been sitting around too long. All of this for $20 bucks.
We have been here twice recently and the customer service has been rude and inept both times. On our most recent visit, we were rushed while trying to order even though there was literally no other car in line. Our credit card was also double charged on this most recent visit. The food is fine but it's not worth dealing with the people that seem to consistently work at this Wendy's. I can pay the same amount of money for better food and a better experience at plenty of other nearby places.
An excellent Wendy's location. They're fast to service. Rarely out of items. When you're handed your bag 9 times out of 10 it has all the items you need to enjoy your food. My favorite Wendy's in Richmond.
This Wendy’s deserves 5 stars, mostly because of one man named Ed. Ed was so kind and so helpful in accomplishing my order and customer experience. Thank you Wendy’s and thank you Ed.
I visited this location at exactly 450pm on a Wednesday.
I counted 6 employees including the manager on duty.
The manager which I did get her name but short girl with tattoos on her arm. Well she was sitting down and she claimed that the lobby was closed at 450pm.
I understand if you are short staffed but I again counted 6 people in plain view for one customer in the entire place. Nobody was at the drive thru nobody in the lobby besides myself. This is ridiculous way of doing business. I know that it's hard for companies to retain good employees but when the management doesn't care it's a whole other issue. Based on the other reviews I guess you have to sacrifice and accept this foolishness. I personally will not be going back to this location. I hope that the franchise owners read this so they know who is running your business to the ground.
