The food lacked quality. I’ve had better Wendy’s breakfast in New Jersey. My Honey Butter Chicken biscuit tasted like the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. The French toast sticks were soggy. The chicken bacon croissant was gross, again the chicken wasn’t cook and they gave 2 pieces of bacon. The Cinnabon was so small. I’d like a refund
I’ve visited this location twice within 2 weeks. The staff at the location were very friendly. The first time I visited this location the service was fast I received my order in less than 5 minutes. However, when I arrived to my destination, I realized I was missing fries from my order. The food was very good and fresh. The second time I visited the location I was able to place my order rather quickly. However, it took over 20 minutes for me to receive my order. When I did receive it, I checked the bag to be sure I had all my items especially since I was missing items last time. I’m glad I did check the bag because I was missing my baked potato, chicken nuggets, fries, and drinks. Once I received the missing food items, I still had to wait for my drinks which took another 5-10 minutes. I was highly disappointed with the service and food this time around. The buns were hard and the baked potato was over cooked. At the store, the Kisok was available which only accepts cards. You can also order at the register and pay with cash or card. The store needs to improve on their system when the store gets crowded because the wait time was way too long.
This is place is HORRIBLE!!! I placed an order for pickup around 10:12 am. I purposely took my time to get there so it could be done. I get there 10:52 and he tells me the order can't be done because it's not breakfast time. He had a horrible attitude about it and acted like it was nothing. Not only didn't I get my food I now have to call some number for my refund. I'm DONE with Wendy's
DON’T ORDER FOOD FROM HERE FROM DOOR DASH OR UBER EATS THE ORDER WILL BE WRONG AND THEY NEVER GIVE OUT SAUCE WHEN YOU ORDER YOU HAVE TO CALL AND MAKE SURE THEY DON’T FORGET I WILL BE CALLING THE GENERAL MANAGER OR WHO EVER OWN THIS PLACE THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES ASAP!!!!
It’s unfortunate for me to give a bad review but this is unacceptable my brother is a sick man needs to use the bathroom because of an accident the sign says not for public but I made a purchase so I don’t understand why not when I told him he is in a diaper but because he is a diabetic we stood here to eat n that’s not right either closed the bathroom down or take down the signs n that won’t be a problem
DoorDash and Uber eats drivers are sit in there on the tables hanging ,customers have no where to eat ,they don’t let anyone use the restroom including kids
I ordered a croissant sandwich around 8:06 am. to pick ASAP even though I wasn't near the place. I wanted it to be ready when I got there, around 8:30 they didn't have my order. I asked them about my sandwich, and one said the order didn't go through and say ok, I ordered it half an hour ago, and one of them answered in the back with a nasty tone saying I have to wait... while all of them were chatting and looking at their phone... finally, one of them gave me my sandwich after almost 12 minutes waiting... ohh I didn't mention I was the only one at the store.
Horrible.. food was ice cold. Fries tasted like it was cook in old oil. Worker put A PIECE of lettuce on my burger. unacceptable. Will never go to 149st 3rd Ave location again.
