The absolute worst wendys I have ever been to. The red haired lady at the window was absolutely rude, asked for bbq sauce she closed the door in my face. Got my food, burger was not good. Fries were good, my Sweet tea had fungus from where they do not clean their tea containers. There is BULLET HOLES in the drive through window. DHEC should shut them down. 0 stars.
Chicken wrap is yummy, flavorful and quick service ????...I remember my first purchase here, the cashier told us our bill and my coworker was paying with coins, cashier took out his wallet and said "I got y'all today" my coworker who was an elderly lady wanted to cry, she said she hadn't receive such kindness in a long time. Light skin tattooed guy made our day, we go back there all the time to buy our lunch.
Dear Mr. Dave Thomas. My daughter and I were at the beach and we were looking for a good burger and fries. We came by your establishment today and the service was amazing and the staff was really really friendly. We drove a little off the strip, hoping that the service will be better And it definitely was worth the extra two minute drive. Everything was fresh and tasty, which was exactly what we needed after a day on the beach. Would like to thank your staff. We’re having a clean restaurant and being cheerful and getting our order correct. Can’t wait to be back next month and will probably stop by again. PS rest in peace.
It's unfortunate that 2 out of 3 places in the last couple of days were so slow. I left 2 of them. The drive thru was backed up to the point it wasn't moving. Went inside. Four people were in line. Waited about 4 minutes without anybody taking orders. I left. I'll try again someday.
The gentleman (manager?) taking our order & payment at the register was great! But the woman filling & providing our food orders (also attending drive-thru I think) was not friendly, borderline rude. She needs to work on her customer service skills if she's to continue dealing with the public. Food was great!
Walked in with my friends at 9:20. Cashier was rude and bluntly told us the place that dine in was closed. We said it was for carry out and she snapped rudely and said everything is closed. On google it says the place closes at 2 am.... extremely rude cashier don't recommend.
Don’t order drive through unless you want a rude awakening by the drive through lady who claims she’s the manager. Asked her nicely to repeat herself because what she said was unintelligible and she decides it’s okay to have a terrible attitude. Terrible worker and shouldn’t work at a fast food industry again. Asked to add another small item (I haven’t paid yet) and it doesn’t go against policy to add another item while at the window. She slams the window in my face after paying as if she didn’t want to deal with me or help me. To describe her, she’s the African American lady on the larger side with long pink nails.
I don't come to this one often but I have to say the cashier lady was very rude. There was 1 person in the lobby and he was clearly on drugs and falling in and out of sleep. Most of the tables were dirty. I got a Dave's single medium combo and the bun was stale and fries were barley warm. Not very busy at all. There was probably 6 or 7 people working. I definitely do not recommend coming here! I'm not even sure I will eat my food because the place is not very clean. Waste of money!! Either way have a good day!
