I was here in the dining room between 12pm and 1pm on June 1st, 2024 when it was relatively busy. The service was quick and the food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly, polite, and professional. The dining room was very clean too. One of the best fast food experiences I've had.
if i could give 0 stars i would, this location sucks, worst wendys ever. bf placed a mobile order and paid then they ignored him at counter for 10 min and he had to ask where our order is and they say they dont have it in the system meanwhile he can see his name on the screen says in progress and then ready, so he shows them his phone with the order and they magically find it in the computer but try to tell him he has to go through drive through when we chose inside pickup and they are taking orders inside also, then they didnt give him my lemonade at all, gave us cold food, after waiting over 30 min and gave him a half full drink with no ice, so he dumped it to make it himself and some customer asking him why he pouring his drink out like its her business, not to mention all the staff was VERY rude, and lazy no one is working they just dont wanna do anything, now i remember why i never go to this location, its always awful.
the worst workers i’ve ever come across, got our entire order wrong, added things to our order that we didn’t ask for and yelled at us when we wanted to get what we wanted. We were patient with them but they wanted things their own way. people in front of us also had problems with their order and they were never helped.
Literally the worst Wendy's on the east coast. I don't see how they stay in business. Stay away from here at all cost. Cold fries orders are never right incompetent staff incompetent management. Just STAY AWAY. there's another location close by. Place needs to be shut down.

This restaurant is the easiest option close to 2 hotels, and that's what keeps it alive, cause it's poorly managed.
I ordered a number 10 with an oj this morning and I did not receive my wedges. On top of that my french toast sticks were under cooked. I called and no one answered the phone.Oh but the oj was good and I love the morning drive thru person, the older woman. It is a hit and miss with this wendy's. Sometimes the food is good, other times is not, but it's the closest place to my job. Sometimes they have what you want but they be out of certain things ALOT and it be the things that I want lol. I usually go for breakfast because the times I've went for lunch, I have to wait for the ducks to move due to them feeding them. I've started bringing my own breakfast because it's really a waste of money with the hit and miss. But TODAY oh today I did not... and didn't even get my whole meal and had to trash the rest. I guess I just needed my vitamin c... ????
Bad impression from the entrance. Dirty main door, very dirty. When I saw it, I thought it hadn't been cleaned for months. The soda machine was disgusting, the soda lid area was dirty. And a horrible smell of garbage. Terrible.
