My son picked up a meal for me that included iced tea and an extra box of 6 chicken nuggets. The tea had some kind of sludge growing in it, and the expediter forgot my nuggets. This Wendy's used to be really good, but it has gotten really bad lately. They give you nothing but attitude if you ask them to fix anything they got incorrect.
A new manager has made this place an absolutely awful experience. I had to go back inside twice. The second time I was assured my order was correct. They gave me a jr bacon cheeseburger with no bacon or cheese. What a joke.
The fries were a little old, and they shorted us fries in the smaller holder. They gave half ice and half drink. The Jr bacon cheeseburger was good though. They forgot our sauces, so my wife had to go back in and get some.
Just went thru the drive-thru and ordered breakfast. They forgot the Swiss cheese on one of my sandwiches (which it comes with by the way) and completely forgot the honey butter chicken biscuit I ordered. Even after the woman at the drive-thru said "don't forget the honey butter biscuit". So looks like I just handed wendys $5 for nothing. I wonder how much they make on "errors" like this. Must be a pretty penny. Hope wendy's is proud.
Wendy’s is always fire. What a great place to go check out there. You won’t be disappointed. The food is always good. It’s always fast to go and have some great delicious food at Wendy’s.
Showed up for breakfast. The drink was flat and the food was cold. For as long as the wait was, you'd expect fresh food
Food was good and hot. Bathrooms were closed. Asked them if they had one to use for my 7 yr old they said no. On our way out we were asked about our service. We said everything was good except the bathroom. Then the worker said she would ask the boss if we can use it. Was given a code but bathroom was occupied by an employee and the second bathroom didn't have toilet paper. We will not ve back there.
The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had to deal with. I go to any other Wendy’s and they’re above and beyond amazing, but this place?! Clear the whole crew out and start over. They’ve NEVER gotten my order right, they never give you your sauces or extra toppings and when you come back around to get the order you asked for they have the worst attitude. Trust me, make the drive to another location because eating here will just irritate you
