Finally a Wendy's that got things right!! I sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to talk for a minute but after that everything went super smooth! The food was correct and hot, everything fresh. Every other Wendy's in the area could take some tips and pointers from this one! This will be my go-to Wendy's from now on!
These guys reset the food timers. I ate a fry out of the bag as I was leaving the drive thru and it might as well have came out of the freezer. It was ice cold. I turned around immediately wanting them to remake my entire order, explaining that after waiting 5 minutes for fresh fries that the rest of my $40 order was going to be cold.
These guys are jokes.
Wow has Wendy's gone downhill. It used to be my favorite fast food. The portions are smaller but way overpriced. The burgers were bland and dry. We ate in but the food was cold. I'm so disappointed.
Requested 2 salad dressing for patient in hospital, got there and only 1. Person speaking in drive thru was not very audible.
The food was a little cold but the service was great.
Wendy's is a great place to get a good meal at the right price with great service. The burgers are fantastic, and I especially like the Frostys... you can't go wrong with Wendy's!
Now I never write reviews.. that being said my husband and I came to Wendy’s last night and I had placed a mobile order. Never been to this Wendy’s location before and I will never come back. When we got home he had found his chicken sandwich was not cooked and there was no mayo. So we called the store and spoke to Georgia and she said if we came back they’d remake it okay no problem. We live 15 mins away, so we came back at 10:30pm. When we came through the drive thru, they said pull up to the second window. When we received our bag it was kinda shoved at us by a younger girl. Who didn’t say one word and then slammed the window on us and rolled her eyes and walked away throwing her hands up. My husband had worked for Wendy’s for many years and I currently work at a Panera bread on the turnpike. For that young girl to act like that when it was their fault the chicken was not cooked. I’m so sorry you had to do your job. Thanks so much Wendy’s.. I will never go to that location ever again!! Oh and they were not busy both times I had went..
Listen folks.. Please for the love of all that is holy. Do not give your hard earned federal funds to this Wendy’s establishment. You will end up being the joke of their muse. Please I know I am a stranger but I would not spend the time to write this review if I did not have a valid argument to the failure of this location. A baconator is supposed to have 6 pieces of bacon. Mine had 1/2 a sliver. My quarter lb patty was 1/16 lb at best. AVOID!
