Food was ok. Burgers made sloppy. The fries were old. It was around 9pm. A lot of teenagers came in behind us but they were fine. Just didn't seem comfortable.
A frest new look. Great food and a fantastic staff.
Super nice guy, maybe the manager, took my order and made small talk. Offered me a water cup when I didn't order a drink. Turned my low energy evening into a nice night. Noticed he was genuine and friendly with all the customers. Good salad and fries! Will definitely stop here again.
I went to this Wendy’s at an off-peak time, and ordered french fries. They were fast, hot, and fresh. Just the right amount of salt. The fries rated a “4” on the MFFT (McClellan French Fry Test). Basically, a very good ratio of crispiness on the outside to a nice, soft, fluffy, and flavorful inner core. Paired with Daves signature ketchup, these were an excellent choice for a mid-day snack. I will be back!
We usually go to Wendy’s when we come to Cody to go grocery shopping. Tonight when we went through the drive through, the girl who was working was VERY rude. Usually the service is great and the workers are always friendly, but not tonight.
Don't usually care to review,but dirty and disgusting lobby. Overflowing trash,sticky and gross soda machine. Service behind counter seemed annoyed when u approached and then told u too use the kiosk. (Which cost them 2 customers while we were sitting there) I'd understand as a fellow restaurant worker but with 6 people in the back there's no excuse.(especially with less then 15 people in lobby eating) I love wendys but they need to seriously step up there game.
They made everyone order at the kiosk. Didn't put tomatoes on our sandwiches and the food took longer then usual
Messed up my order and didn't do anything to get it right. Got sweet tea when ordered unsweetened and didn't get fries for my combo. Basically I paid for food I never got. Sad
