Dover, Ohio Drive thru at 930pm, Ordered meals: #1 single and #4, fries were cold, the single burger was raw in the inside, the classic chicken was over cooked and dry, very unhappy with the meals. Called the store asking for a refund, they refused refund saying they were not allowed to give refunds only replace. Hard to have an appetite for another burger when the first was raw. Wendys used to be our favorite place. It fell in our favor due to high cost. Tonight we said we hadn't ate at wendys for a while let's try. Bad enough that we got terrible meals for two people for $20 but to not allow a refund when they should have got it right the first time, not right. Would love to post a pic of my raw sandwhich.
After some bad experiences in other locations, we decided to stop here on our way out of town, and we were very impressed. Our 5 family members were served fresh, delicious food by friendly employees. They went above and beyond to serve accurate fast food. We will be back!
Newer edition of this popular national franchise. No kiosks, order traditional way. Easy parking. Clean well managed. Met all expectations. Very good but not outstanding, zero complaints. Will return.

Wendy's is one of my favorite restaurants, at least in the fast food world. Well, maybe I should say was one. Picked up a Frostycino and drank the whole thing and found a dead fly in it ???????? It's honestly probably not going to keep me from coming back but honestly, this is pretty nasty. Probably just a freak incident but still ????
Edit: Adding another two stars. I'll give the last star when I finally don't think about the fly when I pull into the drive through. It definitely wasn't enough to keep my fat self from coming back. Still love the burgers and Frostycinos too much :) Wendy's for the win!
Had a lot of Wendy's across the country, this is one of the best we have had.
Friendly quick service and great quality freshly cooked food.
The food might not always be good but the customer service is usually on point
