Don’t even bother with mobile orders as their app sucks. Even when you order at the kiosk, they do stuff like this: I came home to find that my burger actually did not have a patty in it. Just some cheese and pickles. I mean seriously… and of course their support chat can’t ever be reached on their app either.
Rosa and the whole staff were wonderful. Food was great and service was excellent. The whole staff treated us very good and we felt very welcome here. Only thing is corporate needs to start ordering sugar & whatever else is needed for the customer, Came out of pocket for sugar for the store, Not her fault, Corporate please order sugar next time!
Place dirty, poor customer service, I ordered a apple pecan salad and the chicken was spicy awful salad and no cheese
Placed an online order for 2 son of baconators a regular baconator all with extra onions and a side of baconator fries got the food home and it was a plain fries and no bacon or onions on any of the burgers. This is the second time this place has messed with my food I will drive a few more minutes to a different location where I never have a problem.
The completed order badge didn’t work, so I was unaware of the order status, which led to employees yelling at me. My food order was incomplete, and I had to ask about the missing items. This kind of disrespectful service is unacceptable. I paid for my food and deserve to receive it without such issues.
Staff were nice enough, place is small and not busy, but the kicker is watching a lady make my food with one hand while holding the phone with the other and then transferring those germs from her phone onto the top of my bun as she pressed it down. She then celebrated doing it with one hand. Won’t be back but thanks for the fast service.
I went there last night and bought 3 biggie bags and a frosty. First they forgot to give the chicken nuggets and fries from 1 order. Then the chicken nugget tasted weird like if it was cooked in old oil. I almost puked. My daughter had a chocolate frosty and since then has had a stomach ache and has been vomiting. Worst place to eat. Do not recommend this location. Unless you want food poisoning. Also service is not great. The employees talk like if they hate working there.
One of the worst fast food experiences. If I could give this rating a zero I would. I leave work to get a quick dinner I end up waiting 20 minutes just to order.Once I ordered I was told to pull upon the curb for my food. The manager walked out mid rush, there were cars waiting for almost 30 mins. If I wasn’t so hungry I would have drove away. I waited another 20 minutes just for them to bring out the order missing food. After the terrible service I received cold fries, burnt nuggets, and a cookie hard as a rock. The cherry on top was my lettuce wrapped burger that they put chopped romaine lettuce to wrap it instead of the big lettuce pieces it’s supposed to. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
