Ordered a “chili” yesterday, went to eat it right now only to discover that’s it’s technically NOT chili. It’s salsa with pinto beans… tastes just like salsa, doesn’t have ground beef in it at all, not a single piece, also no kidney beans, just salsa and pintos… so disappointed. ????
Never come here!! We had a person wait on us that was yawing when he came to the register and looked like he climbed out from under a rock. We waited for 15 minutes for our food. Only drive thru was getting food. All inside people ignored. Our frosty sat and melted. Lobby full of aggravated people. Our food sat for 5 minutes or more and not getting to us we had to go ask for our food!!
I've done mostly drive thru orders at this location, but decided to have lunch inside last time I was there. People were friendly and the place was neat and clean inside. Food was served promptly and properly cooked. Hamburger, chicken nuggets and fries were hot and tasty.
Most definitely would eat there again, if I have enough time to sit down and eat.
I hadn't been here in years, and I couldn't believe how great the food was for a fast food restaurant. Recommend online orders for pickup because they do great coupons when you use the website
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve never in my life had my food played with more than this restaurant location. Huge hunks of meat in my chili and I ordered a medium fry which was less than a small. My salad I ordered no bacon! James was trying to ADD bacon and did not give me all condiments on a dine in. Hard chicken pieces? As I was writing this review in the lobby customers came in saying they were over charged and got wrong items.
It’s Wendy’s, so it’s always good! I love their chili, fries and chicken BLT. Although I have had my cheese, sour cream and onion toppings forgotten on my chili the past two times but it was still good lol
Staff seems incapable of putting together a complete order. Every time we have ordered food from this location something is wrong or missing. We don't get Wendy's very often, and when we do it's usually a special treat for the kids when my husband is out with the car, so the offer to give us something for free "next time you come in" is completely valueless. We just want the food we order to be put in the bag in the first place! I'm tired of paying for things I don't recieve!!!
The absolute worst Wendy's I've been to! Every time I go to this location my portions are all not consistent. The burgers are wrapped up as if a child wrapped them and the staff is very unprofessional. I understand this is a fast food place but that's the problem with these type of places nowadays they don't hold themselves to any standards and its despicable.
