Common problem to be out of many menu items. The lady taking the order was pleasant and let us know ahead of time what drinks were available (3 types of soda and tea). The sodas we received were just carbonated water. However, the food was hot and fresh. I do believe the workers are doing their best in a poorly managed location. There are always 3-4 cars pulled aside to wait for their orders, frequently people just drive off to the neighboring McDonalds. Management: the money you are trying to save is costing you more by the number of customers going next door to McDs.

Would NOT recommend this location at all.
The ladies working here just converse with each other inappropriately and complain about the order at window (mine).
I was told they are switching the nuggets to spicy and how they couldn’t find lettuce.
On top of that, the Nuggets, COLD, Fries, COLD, Salad, WILTED. Drinks were fine and burger was OK.
But will not be returning.
My wife and I stopped by this location maybe 30 minutes ago. The young woman on drive thru could not get our order correct and did not know her menu whatsoever. I wanted an Asiago chicken bacon ranch, and she asked us about dipping sauces, so my wife tried to politely let her know that our item does not come with dipping sauces. I also wanted a jr bacon cheeseburger, which never got ordered by the young woman in the drive through. She was very very rude to my wife when we tried to verify what menu items were ordered. The young woman kept giving my wife dirty looks, getting a disgusting tone to her voice, etc. Very ugly behavior from someone who cannot even complete the minimum job requirements. I called once I got home to speak to the manager to let him know politely how they could improve their business and be more friendly, and the manager on duty, Chris, also got very rude with me as I was more than polite in my conversation. Bottom line....this Wendys has zero clue of what customer service looks like. The only positive thing about this experience is that the food was how and fresh - props to the kitchen for delivering great customer service! Simply put, your customers keep you open and getting paid - treat them like guests and know your own menu!
The girl taking the order was not paying attention at all to what we ordered. Had to repeat the order. Asked for no ketchup and no onion on the burgers, a bacon double and a double. Ordered 2 potatoes. Got our food and we got the potatoes and the bacon double which was drowned in ketchup and nothing else on it. Did not even get the double.
If I could give less the one star for service I would. They tell me all the things they don't have tonight and after I ordered she tells me they don't have that either. Start out with what you do have it will faster. Please do something about this place. ????
Had to use drive-thru since they have the building locked. Sandwich had no tomatoes, crumbs of bacon, and burnt black bits all over breaded chicken. Manager and other employees attitude when I returned for a refund was unpleasant. Maybe tell the customer what you are out of before wasting ti.e with ordering
In driver thru we ask the orders for extra ranch and they did not put it and the put another sauce that we did not like we ask for Fanta with no ice and they pour ice on it they also did not give us straws and they took so long for give us our order
Always have issues with the drive thru staff not wanting to take an order. This used to be my favorite wendys. The last few times I was there were awful. They either got my order wrong and too forever to fix it (with no other customers there), or they don't want to answer the drive thru. You can sit there and wait, then drive by the window and the staff are just standing there talking.
