I'm on my husband's account but wanted to share my experience with the Wendy's in Portsmouth Ohio Jacob a very young man that works here went above and beyond to help me in any way he possibly could between him and the young lady that was working with I am absolutely impressed..... Being new to this town and home after 23 years he made me feel like I never left thank you Jacob I appreciate you
Ordered to pretzel baconators and two large fries baconators were cold fries were old girl didn't give me a recite said I payed for one fry charged me for another very disappointed. Never had this happen at this location
We really enjoyed just sitting down and getting to eat. We really appreciate the lady taking our order she was in a great mood, and it really added to the service.
Got a Dave's double and sweet tea and it was great especially with the $2 deal in the app.
Service was so good. I was stressed, drive thru was very busy. Everyone was working so hard. Kik went above and beyond with a complicated order, took the time to explain things to me and even when super busy took the time to fill our drinks behind the counter when a floor ij the machine was out. She was super helpful, very kind and kept a huge smile on her face through all of it.
I ordered what was supposed to be Queso ???? it didn't look or taste like it. They were Cold ????????,
Nuggets tasted way off to me. Fiance ordered us both tea and we ended up with a coke. The fries were absolutely perfect. Wouldn't go back there again
This place is falling apart. I've ordered from that Wendy's 5-6x in the last 2 weeks and I've gotten undercooked food, hard dried out cold fries, several wrong drinks, forgot to add food that was ordered but i was charged for it. I used to exclusively eat at this Wendy's only...now they're my last resort. I'd rather drive to the other end of town. At least I get what I order there...
