We placed a mobile order on a Saturday at lunch rush. Got our food in a timely manner. We ate in the restaurant to avoid having to find a nearby park as we were headed out of town, to head back into NW Utah.
Coca-Cola Freestyle machine was in great working order with nothing seemingly out of stock. Food we ordered was great and delicious! One of our burgers ended up missing, and they fixed it by replacing that whole meal.
Bathrooms were clean and orderly. Paper towels and toilet paper must have just been refilled before I went in. The dining area always had someone going in or out and employees were great at making sure all the tables were wiped and cleaned in a timely manner for the next customer to sit.
As we left, we noticed the drive thru was busy, but it was orderly, expanded and making good time. So if you are wary of the drive thru, don't! They've got a system down and it's working!
Our favorite part of this particular Wendy's are the dinosaur themed murals across the parking lot on a neighboring building. Our kids loved looking at them as we had just come out of Dinosaur National Monument.
The drive though window was a joke I sat there for 3mins & then was asked if I paid. them knowing I didn't what a joke these teenagers are if they would pay more attention to there job than wanting to hang out & talk to friends I wouldn't leave this on here
This place was super, freakin busy. IDK what was going on, but I've never been to a Wendy's with lines around the building. Church must have just let out or something. Food was on point, though. Nice job for as busy as you were.
Haven't been there in many years but it wasn't as good as it used to be. Food was subpar to what it used to be. My potato was half the size and the salad was the same. The hamburger had All the fixings on one side. Ordered online went through the drive thru to pick it up. Not once was I greeted or acknowledged. Sat there for 10 minutes and occasionally looked at by the guy on the other side.
Always crazy long lines. Always mess up the order. It is like no one has any clue what they are doing there. Everytime I go my order is incorrect or the food is just inedible. Would give 0 stars for food and service if I could.
Was alarmed to see how many people were in the drive thru at 11 am on a Tuesday morning, while trying to catch a flight out of vernal back home. After I got my food I could see why. Best Wendy's I've had in over 20 years atleast. They are doing right here, unlike the Wendy's in Texas.
I have want their two times in a row now and cause of this I don't think I will be coming back to see Wendy's again cause for some reason the people working there seems that they can't hear you when I tell them what I would like and when I get my food after they said my order back to me even and I tell them that it right that when the food comes out and put in the bag for some reason I don't get all the food I order and even my order is not put in the for all the food even though I told them five times what I would like and it still comes out wrong
They are planning on increasing pricing during rushes or "peak hours" so your 8$ combo could end up being 12$ just because they are busy. This is price gouging and should not be tolerated.
