We have a particular kid who absolutely loves Wendy's french fries. They come out hot and crispy and delicious and she absolutely loves them. However today when we went and got them they were the most undercooked sad soggy, bland, and just bitterish tasting fries we've ever had. Needless to say our child end up crying and on the way home we ended up throwing the fries away. They didn't even make it home. They charge you $4.06 for a medium thing of fries and they weren't even in the fry later long enough to actually get crispy. We would have actually like to wait a few minutes and actually have cooked fries then to have what we were given. This completely ruined our little girl's day thanks a lot Wendy's
Extremely slow only 3 people in drive-thru took 57 minutes to get our food. When we reached the order speaker they put us on a 5 minute hold before we could order the lobby had only about 6 customers as well. Definitely not fast or efficient. Waiting at the window for my food for 15 minutes as well. Atleast my fries were hot and fresh.
There’s this one much older thin short woman, dies her hair kind of blonde that no matter how much I smile and order using my “please and thank and enjoy your day”, this woman ALWAYS gives me a look of misery. Makes me feel unwelcome and an extreme bother. I try not to purchase a thing in the day time because she’s been there during the day the times I’ve had to uncomfortably make a purchase.
Just putting this up as a WARNING My friends just got Food from this Wendys while traveling and they got extremely sick with Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea, and it was all 3 people that ate the Food so Check your FOOD Wendys! Your employees ain't doing something right.
chili recipe has changed !look at the picture on the app on how the chili should look beans meat. in its sauce hamburger and chicken not properly cooked the law states 160 degrees!!
If you're gonna work in customer service and be miserable about it the whole time you might as well find a different field. Miserable dude threw off my whole mood with his attitude, shoved my food through my window in the rudest manner and didn't even say a word to me. Reminds me why I avoid this Wendy's.
It’s almost 1030 at night on a Wednesday it’s one of the only Wendy’s I could come across at this time of night in this area because it is a wooded area. All I told her was is that my cheese wasn’t melted on my fries and she chose to debate me. That’s all the manager manager on call right now doesn’t want to fix issues

I left my last review 7 months ago. Just tried going here again. I stood in the lobby, making eye contact with people. Standing right in front of the register. No one took my order. I went to the bathroom, came back, and made eye contact with the same people. Waited and waited while they did their thing, but no one took my order. Finally, I walked out while they watched. They don't care here. Imagine how much they care about the food you're buying and eating?There is ALWAYS an issue with this place.
I didn't get a chance to order. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. No one took my order or the order of the gentleman in front of me, though the kids working did make eye contact. It looked like zombies working. I left and tried the drive-thru, but no one took the order of the person in front of me either, and I left. Almost 30 minutes, I wasted there and never even ordered.
