I got a six piece nugget two of them a large fry and a chocolate Frosty fries came unsalted and the nuggets are hard as boulders and I paid way too much for what I got and I feel like I'm crazy because I asked for the bare minimum salt the fries make sure the chicken's edible.
I’m a server so I hate complaining but this is the Second experience coming here and them making the same mistake the end result ? me wasting money to still be hungry after . Got a bacontator burger no bacon . Baconator fry no bacon but loaded up with so much cheese sauce the fries were basically cheese mashed potatoes. What’s the point of “bacon ator” when’s there’s no bacon , isn’t that this business main thing ? The black girl in the window had an attitude the entire time and kept saying “PULL AROUND” in the middle of me trying to order DONE WITH THIS WENDYS . When trying to get a refund they told me I could get a $3 refund I told them to keep it . This Wendy’s is just so poor on service .
How hard is it to get a burger and fry order correct? The drive thru is made for speed, but when the order is wrong bits not much good. Once I went in the lady who seemed to be the boss hooked my order up and away I went. It was typical Wendy's food which I like, it was only the wrong order that tainted my view of this place.
I ordered through the app because they were offering a special on the pretzel baconator. There was a little bit of a wait but that's expected with lunch time. My food was fresh and that's what mattered most to me.
The staff here is always so friendly. We live right around the corner, so we often pick up food when we are working late or don't want to cook.
Stopped here on my way back to Tennessee just to grab a quick bite for myself and my dogs.
Pulled up to the order box, they greeted me, I told them what I wanted, and the woman told me that they're not serving
I asked what she meant, but she never answered me again.

I drove back by them on my way to interstate about 10 minutes later, after going up to Arby's. They were still in fact serving people coming through the drive-thru.
I ordered the number ten as a spicy chicken sandwich and got spicy chicken nuggets? I don't really know how the order number could get confused. My fries are also cold, flat cold and mushy. Ringgold Wendy's has always been a trusted fast food place for me. Not gonna lie, I'm incredibly hungry and this is a major disappointment. Gotta find something else to eat now when I really just didn't want to cook.
I have been going here for the last year. Never had a problem, foods always been hot and never a problem. The last 2 weeks my order was wrong 6 times they got my order wrong. They said they refunded the money on one order and i never got it back. Had to pay twice. My husband get breakfast here to every morning too. His was the wrong order yesterday. I don't know what happened, but we will be finding a different place to get breakfast until this one is fixed. There cold coffee has also went down and I no longer won't to order it. Food has also been hard lately on there chicken biscuits.
