This store is sad! I went inside and ordered two meals. I brought my own cup to put my drink in. Save them some cups and keeps mine cold longer. Lady wanna tell me I can’t do that.. Why, when I paid for the drink? Doesn’t make sense.. regardless their two drink machines are disgusting and don’t work.. I had ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant but what I got was not it. Bacon was burnt, dry, and looked old.. no cheese or the maple.
Great food, Service very poor, Atmosphere very poor. I felt like they were more interested in each other’s at work than the customers. They also refused service in the restaurant as well.saying you had to go to drive- through. Asked for pickles and didn’t get any on my sandwich.
I received cold and stale food the last two times I dined at this location. I’m not sure why it is so difficult to make food fresh or with the correct ingredients per the menu. Couldn’t reach the location by phone to complain so complained directly to Wendy’s. Obviously paying $17 for food that ended up in the trash because it was unsafe and not consumable doesn’t matter to Wendy’s. They have lost a customer.
Absolute disaster. Young manager stood at the window chatting with the drive thru worker the whole time. They were chit chatting while he was taking my order and when I pulled up. Took over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Had 3 cars drive off after waiting awhile. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Manager had no desire to help out to speed things up. Threw my whole order into 2 bags. Including kids meals. No toys. I could go on and on. Fire them all. Horrible.
The manager, Jeanette, was very nice! My card got declined but she told me I could keep my food! I definitely will come back to this location again in the future!
Waited at drive thru menu board for about 3 min with no employee response. Two employees came out the door but never acknowledged. As cars were lining up I drove around to the window and waited. Young employee sees me (after 1-2 additional minutes) and says under his breath, “oh wow” grabs the head set and walks away. He comes back another 1-2 minutes later and just looks at me. I tell him there is a line backing up and he replies “our drive through person just left”. I order two strawberry lemonades and am informed, “we only have regular”. I inquire why they then advertise the other flavors and was informed they don’t just have regular they also have those.
At no point was there an acknowledgment for cars waiting with no contact. At no point was there an apology for the lack of inventory (I guess. Never got to the real answer)
All doors were locked and it was 9am! I was told by some people at the convenience store that they open when they feel like it. Absolutely ridiculous! I was told to order in the drive thru but can't bring my truck in the drive thru!
Honestly it takes zero effort to just give a darn. It seems the employees just hold excuses for lack of service at all. Don’t leave individuals waiting in drive thru lines for 20 minutes after you closed the lobby. Just to inform me after waiting the card machine is broke. Complete trash.
