My husband ordered me an Asiago chicken sandwhich which comes with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes. I had him add pickles and onions, got it home and it has only pickles and onions.. ????
Ordered from here it was the worse Wendy's order I ever ordered.
1. Ordered ghost pepper fries and they gave me straight fries in a black tray.
2. Ordered a chicken wrap, and literally I got food on a tortilla. It wasn't even wrapped.
3. The burger was threw together.
4. ALL THE FOOD WAS COLD!!!!!!.
5. THEY HAVE A FAKE PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!
6. ORDERED A PINEAPPLE MANGO LEMONADE, GAVE ME STRAIGHT LEMONADE.
7. They cookie wasn't even fully cooked
DO NOT ORDER, DINE IN, OR TAKE OUT!!!!!!
They are truly unprofessional and need immediate disciplinary action.
This is the worst Wendy’s restaurant I have ever visited! The floors were greasy, the countertops were greasy, the bathrooms were filthy and there were flies everywhere. The employees, that were preparing and serving the food, all had long hair (men and women) without hair nets or, at the very least, in a ponytail or hat. The most unsanitary Wendy’s restaurant ever and it was not even anywhere close to rush-hour. There was no excuse for the condition of this restaurant. I eat at many Wendy’s restaurants but this was, by far, the worst. I live only 15 minutes away but will not be visiting (dining-in or drive-thru)this restaurant again until some changes have been made. I don’t usually complain about a restaurant I just stop going there but, this was so terrible that I had to leave a review. The only positive thing I can say was that the young man that took my order was very polite.
So I have been sitting at the drive-thru waiting for someone to take my order. After 3 minutes they said that they're in the middle of shift change and that I can either come back or I can pull around. I told her no I got time to wait. They told me that I have to turn around because they are not allowed to have people sitting on their timer. They said that I was already on their timer for 3 minutes. I told her I got time to wait. They said they're not able to take my order until they get done with shift change and they're working with money. Once again I told her no I'm going to sit here so that it's documented how long it takes y'all to do a shift change. Right now there are vehicles waiting behind me. There are two employees outside smoking. They have no want or desire to work tonight. Obviously management has not been on top of this. At this moment I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes and they still are not done with their shift change. Management should really look at the camera and the order times to prove that they are not doing their job. So now I'm being told that I can't sit and wait for them to finish their drawer because they're short. They're telling me that their manager said that they have to send all the customers away. I told her I got time to wait. She says well what if I tell you there are no chicken nuggets or fries. I told her I can wait. She said I can't sit in the drive-through on their timer. I told her I can wait for them to finish counting their drawer. Now she is telling me that she is refusing to service me due to the fact that I am waiting.
HAIR IN MY FOOD! Y'all NEVER get the order right. Everyone was very well-mannered and polite (rare). From afar, the inside looks clean but once inside.... mopping the lobby with the same mop water used in the back is why the lobby is a skating rink. Wiping the table with a wet rag and no cleaning agent is pointless and nasty! NOBODY WEARS HAIR NETS IN THERE?! Highly disappointed at the " appear to be clean yet FILTHY! You don't want to touch anything. Didn't even feel comfortable resting my arms on the table (sticky) while waiting for my order.
I ordered in the app for a pickup through the drive-thru. The app is very specific on being able to modify your items (i.e. no lettuce on a burger, no salt on fries).
This shows up on the screen for them when they make it. (I have seen it since I'm also a Dasher and typically have to wait for orders)
Anyway, my husband picked up the order. None of the items were our order. So, he went in and let them know.
Here's the main complaint. My burger was STILL wrong. I wanted ketchup and onions. It only had ketchup.
How do you mess up an order TWICE? An order that is on a screen, not spoken where you might not understand their voice.
And of course no one answers the phone.
Oh, and definitely don't go to the one in Baker. They're worse.
I've been here maybe three times in the past year and once out of those three times they got my order correct...... other two were straight up wrong on two separate occasions I get a fully dressed baconator... we all know what a baconator is right we all know what fully dressed is (lettuce tomato onion) both times.... no bacon on my baconator ???? if I wanted a Dave's double I would have ordered that.... I get working at fast food kind of sucks but don't make it bad for the people who want their cheat item every now and again????????

Placed a $40.00 order for 2 adults (full large combo meals & dessert) through the mobile app.
I arrived on time as soon as I received the notification through the app informing me my order was just completed and now ready for pickup.
Everything was correct, nothing missing even down to all the sauces requested. ♥️

There was not a long wait time through the drive thru line. About 4 minutes total from the time I initially pulled, into the time I pulled out, considering there were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled in.
My 1 & ONLY reason that I gave a 4/5 total ⭐⭐⭐⭐ is solely due to the food overall was not hot.
98% of the time, my food is fresh & hot. Service is always wonderful. Staff is always professional and consistently diligent to ensure everything is correct and the entire order is complete!
Working fast food is tough in general, so words of encouragement! Keep up the great work! You guys do a wonderful & consistent job every time. That goes a LONG way when customers simply want exactly what they order made hot & fresh. You guys deliver that consistently and it shows. VERY much appreciated!!
