Would not take a cash order for us at the register and made us order through the kiosk. The fries were not fresh. They were out of Dr. Pepper. The lady that told us we couldn't order at the register told us we had to use the kiosk. Very sad experience. At least the nuggets were okay...
I had a terrible experience at that Wendy’s. We ordered eight meals and eight drinks, but we only received six drinks. We had to go inside and ask for the remaining drinks and the food we ordered. The burgers were cold, and the jr bacon burger didn't have any bacon. This is not a charity, nor are we asking for a handout. As paying customers, we expect to receive the food we paid for. We shouldn't be served cold or incomplete food. At this point, I think I'll just avoid Wendy’s altogether.
We waited a while before our order was completed. Wendy workers who were getting off, or who just decided to pop in, were given their food BEFORE paying customers. I believe the child labor law act is being broken at this location because a smart mouthed 12 year old male Asian kid was working the cash register. He was completely rude and disrespectful. NOBODY wore gloves, even though everyone seemed to be cooking something, except for the kid on the register. The hamburgers and fries that we ordered did not look anything like the ones on the kiosk. Actually, all the burgers we ordered were the original jr cheeseburgers that used to cost a dollar but now cost $4.00 or more. The meat on the overpriced burgers was dry and burnt. Most of the burgers that we ordered did not have the correct toppings on them. I requested sweet chili sauce with an order of chicken nuggets that I got, but it was not included in the bag. The manager was speaking to a girl either looking for a job, or she was being reprimanded for something she was doing on the job,either way, she was not a happy camper. This place took over the bad service and atmosphere that the McDonalds next door used to have. You're better off eating at the company behind Wendy's that builds items to send to space.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The service is terrible! Absolutely terrible! I think I'll stop coming to this location after the meal I got today. I ordered the spicy chicken combo and the chicken was so small I couldn't believe it. And I sat in the drive thru for almost a half hour. Fries old and cold piled up with salt! I'm actually shocked that this place is still in business that's how bad it is. Won't be coming back unless their service improves.
Who owns this Franchise and can afford to throw away money? Worst food ever. Horrible service. Entire meals missing from the bag. It's honestly the worst fast food ever and being decent isn't a high bar for fast food.
Waited a really long time. Placed my orser through the app. Burger was over cooked it was super dry. Ordered a large frosty was told it wasn't on the order but when I looked at my order in the app it was there. Seemed like a lot of people just standing around or on their phone. Also, no hair nets or hat for staff with long hair.
The food is typically accurately prepared, but the service often leaves much to be desired. While the employees are capable in their job description, many of them have little in the way of customer service experience.
Overall, can't really complain.
The manager had her kid there, 2 employees were more worried about flirting with each other than helping customers. Staff doesn't know how to make a sandwich correctly. Fries were old. Spiders near the drink machine.
