I always seem to have problems at this Wendy's... I ordered the pretzel baconator combo...I arrive and since I'm the only customer inside, the cashier quickly starting working on my order...
problem 1? No pretzel buns... cashier had to go make my order since no one else seemed to be doing so...she tells me there's no pretzel bun, but there's no solution....because...
problem 2? I ordered in the app! Due to the app not syncing with the actual inventory, you can order things the location doesn't have...AND...
problem 3? The store can't refund online orders! So they couldn't give me the difference in price from the Pretzel to regular Baconator...
Now, I'm calm...I just worked 9 hours and I'm hungry, but not hangry yet! I talk to the manager, and that just upset me... no introduction...no apology.. no let's see what we can do... just an apathetic person, who keeps saying he can't do anything... I ordered a couple of solutions, 'how about an order of nuggets or fries for the inconvenience? ' After about a minute of back and forth, he just walked away... no solution!
Another worker sees me standing there after the so-called manager walked away and asked what I was waiting for? He apologized, said the manager said to give me fries, and he made my burger on a regular bun. Everything was burned and didn't seem to be the right size... DON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S!
The drive thru was closed because a customer was holding the line up for, you guessed it "incorrect order" I go inside and I'm the second person in line. Order was taken at 7:44pm. Still didn't get my order til after 8:00pm. Not like I had a huge order, a simple $6 biggie bag. The manager so busy going back and forth with the person in the drive thru, they somehow still messed up my simple order. Didn't even put bacon on my burger, got home feeling like they cheated me out my hard earned money. I'll never come back here, worst Wendy's in the city!!! Half the time they say "we only doing uber eats and grubhub orders at the moment" so they don't care about the customer who take the time to even come to this joke of an establishment. Save your money!!!!
Food was so dried out and hard I had to look back at my order form to see what did I order. I am so dissatisfied with this service , it’s like this sandwich was from Monday and you did not want to make one today and gave it to me. I am too far to bring it back , I tried calling kept getting hung up on, I never have had treatment like this. So I will call corporate now since I can not even tell you what’s wrong.
I don’t know what’s been going on but every time I order from this restaurant, they are always giving me a dry bun with no food on it. Y’all need to do better. next time I won’t be so nice.
Mobile Order, still not ready after killing time for them to prepare it. Left car went inside to see what the hold up is....No baked potatoes?? No ingredients for loaded fries (as a substitute)?? No Cinabon desserts? The staff was nice about it but still. You do baked potatoes, that's what makes you different why no BAKED POTATOES!?!
It’s 87th and Lafayette, what do you expect when a restaurant chain represents its surroundings, expectations aren’t that high. Despite placing my order through the mobile app, my order, which was supposed to be fresh, hot, and ready, was prepared 40 minutes before I arrived at the drive-thru. If I hadn't spoken up, I would have received a cold order. During my visit, I witnessed a roach on the floor, employees making inappropriate hand gestures, and using profane language in the presence of women and children. The experience was overwhelming.
I went last Sunday . . . Asked for a fresh 2 for $3 and a French toast. . They give me the food it was cold . . They told me they would remake the potato wedges and the French toast but the sandwich had just been fresh .I said that's fine . . I pulled up so that they can make my food fresh. I look at the sandwich. There's a huge hair on it. I'm going inside and just asking for my money bag like that's disgusting . . .
Against my better judgement I stopped to grab something quick instead of trying to go home to cook after 9pm. The wait was much too long and the customer service was extremely lacking. Fast food is a rough business and you don’t always encounter good workers or customers. It’s all about how things are handled that make your experience great or poor. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a side salad instead of fries, two four for four meals and a Jr. frosty. I had to ask for a cup holder, it wasn’t offered as each drink and the frosty were being handed to me individually, we waited entirely too long, and didn’t receive a fork for the salad or straws for the drinks , which I also requested after noticing it wasn’t in the bag. When we made it home we noticed that we didn’t have any napkins or sauce for the chicken nuggets. My spicy chicken sandwich ended up in the trash it didn’t taste fresh and the salad would’ve joined the sandwich but I needed something to eat. I was disappointed to say the least, I’ve been to this location before but this time around the service was pitiful.
