This crew seemed lazy. I have not been to a Wendy's since I lived in Texas... over 25 years ago. Now I know why. The food was just ok, but what irritated me, my pet peeve is when I place my order, you don't repeat it back, and then get it wrong. I guess it will be another 25+ years before I visit Wendy's again, if ever.
The worker was nice enough, but this food is disgusting. Even decided to get an "iced coffee" and the lady drowned some black pour over hot coffee in a ton of syrup over some ice. So I got watery lukewarm syrup "coffee". Sooooo gross
The staff was very polite and welcoming, but the A/Cs are not working and the store is unbelievably HOT! I feel bad for the staff for having to work that kitchen, if the lobby is that hot. I had to eat my food in my car.
Please get these staff some functioning air, please!
Never have I had such a good experience at Wendy’s! We are here for a baseball tournament and needed some food to fuel our day! Mary was working and man does that woman deserve a HUGE RAISE!!! She was so kind and upbeat! We loved meeting her today! Mary thank you for being such an amazing human!
Ordered biggie bag for my daughter replaced the fountain drink with frosty and received a damn coffee, my our nuggets weren't fresh this is ridiculous. Even tried calling the store no answer.
They just don't have the same menu items as they do where we live in the Midwest...the chicken sandwich was hard and icky, but the Pretzel bun Baconator was pretty good.
Excellent customer service, food fresh my order was made within 4 minutes, restaurant clean, I had a wonderful experience, Awesome job to the staff at Wendy's on Rancho and Washington ❤️
This was the worst Wendy's I've been to. It took close to 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. The meat was cold and cheese unmelted in my burger.
