Service has always been horrible at this location. With that being said. Generally I try and stay away. Stopped by because I was fulfilling an order for an Apple Pecan salad. As one can see by the photo attached. No sign of Apple or Pecan. :/
Used the kiosk to place my order, makes it very easy. My food arrived fast but there was a problem with the drink dispenser was having issues. The Coke was flat and she warm along with the lemonade, so pretty disgusting. The last who provided me with my cups and handed me my order says absolutely nothing, clearly she didn't want to be there. My french fries were cold and soggy, so that's disappointing too.
Went through the drive thru. Pretty quick taking my order, staff was pleasant. After I paid for my order, was asked to pull up, and that when and when my order was done, someone would bring it out. I had ordered the fish sandwich. It was cooked entirely too hard. Taste wise, it wasn't at all what I expected. Will not buy it again, nor advise anyone else to.
Slow as anything, service non existence. Order was wrong. Fountain drinks balance off taste. At least the place was somewhat clean. So much for wanting to grab a quick bite to eat...
They literally always mess up your food. Chicken is overcooked yet somehow served cold, fries are always cold and soggy, I've even got someone else's order instead of mine before, so I just won't be going back to this location. Not sure what the issue is here but no one knows how to make food? If you want a free meal and a guaranteed refund on your online order then go ahead and order from here.
The food is usually good. Check your order @ the drive-thru though. Often incorrect or incomplete. Afternoon's and evenings for some reason they hold folks at the menu board outside. Probably helps their service times.
I will never in my life go here again. I don’t think they realized we could hear them talking about having sex over the speaker. There is nothing but trash that works the night shift. Me and my husband have only went here twice, that’s all I’m going to say. They had all the lights off and got our order wrong. When I asked for a manager she just laughed and seemed like she was on some type of substance. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Literally a joke.
Drive through is packed so I parked and went inside to order. Tried the kiosk kept getting a code on the checkout screen “not accepted.” Went to the counter for help and they said “we only accept kiosk orders.” I told them the kiosk wasn’t working and they ignored me.Tried the kiosk again, same problem. So I left and went to the McDonald’s next door.
