After sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at 9pm, we get to the speaker to be informed that they are only taking Door Dash and Uber Eats orders. What?! There is no sign anywhere stating this and the website says the drive thru is open. This is the first time I have been to this location in 2 years. The last time I was here I was served a black, rotten potato. Today just solidified my disgust of this place. You had a chance to win a customer back and fell flat on your face. Good thing McDonald’s down the road isn’t turning away customers, they were plenty busy from the business you didn’t want.
I come here like once a week and realize I must be crazy because it’s usually a disappointment. The soda is absolute garbage every time. I don’t think they’ve changed the syrup for weeks now.
But my real complaint is the general service. Pretty sure all of the employees are high and completely baked because every time I communicate with them they just stare blankly and don’t understand words.
The car in front of me pulled out so I told the cashier at the first window and he just seemed confused and said okay. I asked if the food I was paying for was mine and he didn’t even really confirm that or hand a receipt to me.
Clearly he didn’t relay that info to the team because the woman at the second window hands me the wrong food and closes the window before I can even tell her it’s wrong. So when she returns I tell her and she doesn’t say anything just takes the food and brings the right food.
Why are the employees here so socially inept?
Completely horrible! Never had a good experience 15 mins for a plain cheeseburger and small fry. Bathrooms are also designed weird with no privacy around the stall. Customer service non existent forced to use kiosks.
We go to this Wendy's frequently via the drive through. But today my son needed to use the restroom. We parked and went inside and immediately noticed thr telltale black marks coming out the door that indicate cleaner has been transferred from inside to the cement outside. The floor was so slippery that to get out of the bathroom I had to brace my other arm against the wall because my rubber sole tennis shoes had no traction. When I went to the counter to point out the safety concern someone walked uo from the back, realized I wasn't making an order and walked off. I thought they had gone to get someone who would take down the concern but after standing there for a minute another employee stared at me as if what are you waiting for. The management did not care about the safety concern. There was no attempt at concern or regard for concern. Do not step foot in this store it is dangerous due to an over build up of floor cleaner from improper floor care.
Bruh... After over a Year since we have been to Wendy's. My wife got raw chicken the last time April 18th, 2022, from the dame restaurant. They didn't even offer to replace our food with properly cooked food. So... we haven't even thought about going back. My son wanted to eat there and so.. we thought to give it another try. Walk in and standing at the counter. A lady walks over and says "my order taker is on break. If you want something you can use the kiosk and place an order."
I won't even use self check out at Walmart... you think I am gonna stand there and finger a touch screen that 1000 other people have been touching all day and order for 6 people? Nah.. I will take my money elsewhere. What a garbage company Wendy's has become.
So... fast food is getting more expensive and employees are getting paid more to not work at all. This is unreal... I was already reluctant to go in to start with... talk about really not making me want to come back.
Very unsanitary. I placed an order on door dash for some baconator fries just to find out it was a long piece of HAIR COOKED INTO THE CHEESE ON TOP OF MY FRIES. Luckily door dash was understanding and gave me almost a complete refund. Below are pictures of the hair in my fries from many different angles. If u zoom in you can see the hair lifting up the food it was baked into.
There was an issue with the order (minor, at best) and I didn’t check to make sure everything was correct before leaving. Because who unwraps every burger after going through the drive-through? I went inside to try and remedy the situation and the staff was not only understanding, but immediately resolved the situation. The food at this Wendy’s location tastes great and the service is quality.
Bathroom was awful, dirty, no paper products, food was ok, and the coke machine was out of most popular options. The ones that were in, were not the right mixture of syrup and soda water. Bad experience.
