I had a recent interaction that left me feeling quite uncomfortable and disrespected. During my encounter earlier on April 20,2024 at 1:00pm, I felt that the manager tone and demeanor were unprofessional, especially considering we were in front of customers.
2 days in a row they mess up the order. Called and the manager Chris was totally RUDE. If they don't want to do the job right then they need to quite.
There was little black floaties in my daughter's drink I noticed before giving her a drink. My husband's burger was still raw. I ordered a Dave's double and got patties that were meant for a jr sandwich. A person in line left because he wasn't being waited on while the guy working just stood around. Not pleased with this experience.
I would give Wendys in Huntingdon Pa a better review but the food was so bad I just cant. Service was excellent and place was very clean but burgers were dried out and fries tasted like old grease. Just terrible. They cant compare to the Wendys in Duncansville Pa.
Food was served hot and was very delicious!! The service wasn’t so good, I will give the employees the benefit of doubt for the hard work they had to do today!! They are extremely short handed and r in need of help asap!! I waited approximately 15min for my order and the drive through wasn’t doing so well either!! It’s not the employees fault due to the lack of help!! The quality of the food meet my expectation and I would eat here again!! Hopefully they can get the help figured out by the next time?
Last time I was there I ordered the 3 dollar breakfast, I was told it is only a biscuit you can get not a croissant I tried to explain to the manager their app says you can get either one he told me that the Huntingdon store only offers the biscuit and then the assistant manager told me to go f myself.
So little effort for one there’s barely any bacon for two the cheese sauce is pretty much non existent I’m basically paying almost five dollars for barely a medium fry come on now
Huntington Pa..terrible experience all 3 times we were here. Long line drive thru, tell you to pull up to wait on fries, meantime ppl are getting theirs and going around us. My burger was totally wrong, then they bring stuff out that wasn't even what we were waiting for!! They were confused is what they told us..lol. Not going back. Such a shame because I love wendys
