This location is absolutely horrible! I just cannot comprehend what can possibly take so long. I have been here 5 times since July and every time I have never waited less than 40 minutes. It doesn't matter if there is one person ahead of me or 10. Every single person who tries to order just sits there for at least 10 minutes before they even come to take your order. Once I came here for my daughter and sat at the order window for 20 minutes. No one answered me and there was about 5 or 6 employees all sitting out back smoking at once. So I went into the restaurant and no one was there. They were all out back together smoking. They also saw me because you drive right by them and sit at the window they were looking at me the entire time and no one went inside to help me. Once they finally came in they asked me "how did you get in here?" I said the door. He said it was supposed to be locked. This time I have waited 20 minutes so far and we haven't moved once. An employee came out back looked at this huge line and turned around and walked back inside shaking his head and throwing up his hands. This entire location needs all new employees or just needs shut down. Even when you FINALLY get the food if you wait that long, the food is usually wrong and cold. Then they keep the doors locked so if you want it fixed you have to wait for another hour. It's crazy
This Wendy's is absolutely horrible. My grandmother loves Wendy's so I try to take her when I can, but never to this one. Food is never done, the people are horrible, the inside is always dirty and its always so slow even when there are no other cars. The other day I went to go and get something for my grandma, and I was told they were closed. At 4 pm, I was told I could not order, so I took my business to BK. I have witnessed multiple fights in and on the premises of that Wendy's, and I'm not quite sure why this specific location hasn't been shut down.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It used to be a whole size breast. Now it’s the size of a single McDonald’s hamburger. One tiny piece of lettuce didn’t even cover chicken. Ordered French fries with no salt. Saw guy put them in. Waited 10 min.?Had to go ask. He forgot. The conversation was in front of the manager. He never apologized.?For $11.35 this was a total ripoff. Never going back and will tell others not to bother either.
I had to travel after work to take my grandson home an hour away. We decided to stop at Wendy's on Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd in Fairborn. We were 1 of 4 cars in line. We waited 23 minutes for the order. No one was inside eating. (We chose the drive-thru because my dog was with us.) We ordered a single combo and a chicken Asiago ranch combo and a kids chicken nugget meal to share with the dog. I paid almost $29.00. . . We saw everything was in the bag, so we got on the road. My grandson opened the bags and divided the meals as I drove. I got a greasy bun with a dried out spicey chicken breast with nothing else on it.. My grandsons single had a tomato on it. 3 nuggets in the child's meal... I'd like to say our order got mixed up with someone else's, but we were last in line with 3 cars ahead who got small bags of food.... gonna have to say Burger King it is the next time.
Went and got a spicy chicken sandwich and was hoping for a potato bacon cheese with chives and a pineapple mango lemonade... My spicy chicken sandwich is old and dry... They said their oven was broken so they didn't have no potatoes but they had bacon (that is cooked in the oven) they didn't have the lemonade. They gave me Bacon and cheese fries which was great and I got strawberry lemonade instead but this spicy chicken sandwich is the worst sandwich I've ever eaten.... 2nd attempt at eating at this Wendy's and will be my last time it's trash
This Wendy's branch specifically is very slow, I went ahead and did a mobile order, drove then when I got it, main entree was missing and 2 of the kids drinks. This Wendy's has been like this for a while now. Always gets the order wrong, either missing or gone, I wasted time, money and gas. And all you get is Sorry. And just have to deal with it. I do not recommend this place if you value your time.
Greg was awesome to me and my daughter today! He was also very helpful to other patrons in the building and you can tell he cares about helping people. Food was great, too!
Sitting in my car after walking out without ordering. I waited inside at the register behind two other customers for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. There was no one else inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. And of course,as always, frosty's are not available. Burger King here I come!
