I went in today to get a $6 biggie bag they got my order wrong I had ketchup on my sandwich and also they gave me barbecue sauce instead of honey mustard I don't know if the guy at the cash register was in a bad mood I ask to fix my food in a particular way I told him what I wanted I think that I'm going to have to try another location maybe where they will treat their customers better where is the manager they need to keep an eye on them and make sure they're doing what they supposed too
The pretzel bun was excellent! The meat patty was very good. The fried onions and bacon were very good. The food lube mayo/sauce was not appetizing. I should have had them leave that off. The fries were not fresh. But I will be back to try it again without the sauce. That pretzel bun was one of the best I've had.

This used to be an efficient quick lunch stop with friendly staff. Now it is a dumpster fire ran by Noone in particular it seems. The food is not quick or efficient the staff is rude and the last 3 times my order has been incorrect and taken an excess of my lunch period just to get the wrong thing and not have time to get it corrected. Do not recommend at all.
Ordered ahead and picked up in drive thru. Put of ketchup packets so the put some in a cup for me. Super sweet lady working the drive thru window!

The smell says it all: awful. Food is nasty, bathroom is horrible, almost nothing on a menu is available.
Nightmare.
Everytime I go to Wendy’s on Essen Ln for Breakfast, it’s horrible and sad ..No one ever respond, so u can’t get an order… You see workers as you drive by the window but they do not acknowledge your presence at the drive -thru
They never answer while you are at the intercom
They need new management
I will never go back there again
Long line outside due to lunch. Went inside. Employees unorganized in service: placed out 2 orders to others ahead of first customer, floor was VERY wet(who mops at noon hour??)made for cautious walking, there was a dispute between 2 employees, & 1 employee would ask what you wanted but work register.
