I went through the drive-thru today and I asked for a kids hamburger Happy meal. The person at the window said can you be more specific about what kind of burger? So I said what do you mean? Hamburger kids meal. So the manager comes to the window, and says the same stupid thing. I said ma'am your menu board says hamburger meal cheeseburger meal or nugget meal. Then she said do you want cheese on that? Again I said ma'am if I wanted cheese I would have said cheeseburger meal. I don't know because of the eclipse they were too off the chain today. They never apologize for the misunderstanding or anything just threw me my money and my food. Today was just a bad day but they do have some nice workers over there. I have met some very nice workers over there. But remember April the 8th (eclipse monsters) that crew was not good.
Girl at window literally threw my card into my car window after taking payment. Told me I had to come inside to get the rest of my food and sauces they left out. Ummm no! You guys didn't check the bag properly so I sat there until they did. Rude all around. I understand customer service and the pay they offer but at least be a little friendly towards the customers even before all the mishap started she was just rude from the jump. I'll just drive a little further down and try the other one from now on
horrible management at this location. always a wait , even if you are the only customer. they should remove potatoes from the menu if it is to hard to provide one , ever.
my order was wrong , and i didnt notice till i got home. i guess its my fault for not checking my stuff before i drove off.
I love the asiago chicken club classic or spicy. They have a great variety of drinks with the free style machine. Haven't had any bad experiences and love to come here when I can.
Cold food did not receive the right order. I don't know who cooked but it was 9: 56pm on 4-3-24 paid 40$ and still received cold food. And missing 2 burgers .. I have called multiple times and getting hung up on.. so I will show this to the manager and get to the bottom of this ...
The night shift manager at the Fort Oglethorpe location is just rude. She makes you feel rushed when you’re ordering at the drive thru. We try to avoid going there at night because that’s our experience every time we do.
The lady at the window wasn't very friendly... but to be fair, if I were being paid what I assume she's being paid, I'd put in minimal effort to be friendly, too.
The food was exactly as you would expect Wendy's food to be.
The food is always hot and fresh! The employees are super nice and patient with me and my toddlers. I appreciate them so much!
