Another day, another disappointment. In this day of ever increasing prices, you could at least get the order correct! I'm all for a decent day's pay for decent, and correct, service but that's not happening today. For the record, a double hamburger has TWO cooked hamburger patties on it, not just one.
Tried to get something here in the drive-thru but sat waiting for about 10 minutes before I backed out since the line didn't move at all. 2 cars behind did the same as well and I'm glad they did otherwise I would have been stuck waiting who knows how long.
Ordered 2 $5 biggie bag the GM” Konya” I don’t know why she’s seems confused, gave her $20.90 for a $10.90 total, she did not give me my change and receipt and placed all my orders in one bag, I was waiting for for her and told me everything is in the bag, but I found out no change was given and no receipt, went back to complain and told them the situation and I was treated like I am a thief. So I filed a complaint to corporate. They can check their cameras and they can see and prove if they handed me my change. But they refused.
I came here on foot from Americas Tire across the street, hoping for a great sandwich and some frys.
The girl at the counter looked very distracted, and clearly wanted to be somewhere else. And I get it, working fast food must not always be exciting and fulfilling. But she spoke so fast and so unclear that my questions about the difference between a Baconator and the Big Bacon Classic were of no use. If she could have rolled her eyes it would have at least made it amusing. Not really though.
The food was hastily thrown together and not too good.
Best thing was the Coke, and they did not make that!
The inside atmosphere was the one good thing about my trip. Comfortable booths with both padding on back and seat. A hangout place, a tv, and nice lighting and amenities. Good job there, local franchise owner.
Next time I will get the special, but probably from a different location.
Bad service, not good food - plus it was almost $15 for the food.
Just purchased the ghost chicken meal and it was AWFUL! My fries were greasy and overcooked. Yes Overcooked!!! They put welted lettuce ???? on it. Also slapped a lot of the ghost pepper maya sauce. I took bite and was never again!!
They are very fast I love their food ,and their workers are nice and friendly. And they always have a nice clean place to eat
This used to be my favorite Wendy’s because of their customer service. I noticed a change in staffing. There use to be an Asian lady that was manager or assistant manager there. Her whole staff were great. Her whole crew were great and provide exceptional service.
However, now that she’s good this location has gone down hill. Food is cold and staff lack customer skills and all look like they rather being somewhere else. This is how my back potato looked today.
Ordered a burger meal. It was the worst burger, I've ever ordered at Wendy's. The burger was very dry and tasteless. Won't be coming back.
