I stopped at this Wendy’s to grab some lunch. I went through the drive thru and ordered the single burger with a small order of french fries on the side. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasty as I have grown to expect when I go to a Wendy’s restaurant. The staff here was friendly, and everything was as expected.
Nothing but bad experiences with this branch. Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only for them to get the order entirely wrong. Not only that but this is after I had to completely change and reorder my meal because everything wasn’t available, and it was still wrong.
Been to this Wendy’s only twice to realize how horrible it is. Food quality is awful. You can tell they make the food and save it for HOURS before you order the lucky choice. The service is trash. You’re greeted like you’re a scumbag for pulling up by ghetto and rude employees who put in $5 per hour worth of work and expect $20. Whoever the owner is should self reflect and either clear house and start fresh or sell the damn franchise. 0/10 stars and would rather drive 15 minutes down the road to shelton than to spend money and settle here again.
Terrible wendys! I went to the drive through with my fiancé around 5:30pm and we ordered one baconator and a double baconator. When we go home we were so disappointed we got 1 small piece of bacon on our sandwiches!! I only got one pattie on mine, a baconator is supposed to have 2. also got pickles, lettuce and tomatoes on it that I DIDN'T ask for. Seriously!? Hire employees who know how to make your sandwiches!
I've been in warehouses that have a more pleasant vibe than this Wendy's. The whole restaurant just screams "unfinished", whether it's the Ocean State style flooring or the actual nails sticking up from the booths, or my favorite part: the lack of menus. Never been to a fast food place that has not had menus by where you order, but I guess this place wanted to be special. You had to go onto the kiosk to figure out what you wanted, and then you can go order with the cashier. Food itself was Wendy's food, so of course it's not gonna be great, but this location was worse than usual. Slightly cold chicken, slightly chewy bun, and a frosty that might as well have just been shaved ice. Would likely have had a more pleasant experience getting food from the Walgreens in the same parking lot.
This place has yet to get an order correct. I have given them 3 tries. Today was the last strike. And their soda tasted awful each time. Just go to the Wendy's in Derby.
Went through on 7/10 around 4:30.
Ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget. Got home and they were hard. Like they had been sitting out all day. On further inspection they hid 5 regular nuggets under the 5 spicy nuggets?
Fast food is not cheap anymore so you would hope you would get fresh food and the correct food.
Seemed lazy. Haha, I just want spicy nuggets man. And not hard as rock! Hoping I don’t get sick from eating nuggets that were over an hour old.
I tried yet again to give this location a chance.
Tired the new grilled chicken wrap. It was ice cold and the wrap was so stale they couldn't even fold it. It was wrapped in the foil in a ball. When I unwrapped it , the wrap opened right up to the flat stale shape. As you can see from the picture they didn't even try to put the meat on the inside. They just wrapped it up outside the tortilla. Laughable. I gave it back to them and I wasn't given a refund.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was uncooked in areas.... see picture.
All of this in ONE ORDER!! How is this place ran so poorly with Zero quality control?!
