I went to this wendys tonight at 12:15 am the Dave's single was cold and cheese looked like it was sitting for a while so the cheese wasn't melted the burger was cold. I ordered a triple baconator just the sandwich and I received a triple sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles and lets not forget the NO BACON I didn't even ask for all that stuff I just wanted a normal triple bacon how do you mess up a sandwich that your well known for... not going back im only going back tomorrow to get my money back.
This is my first time ever trying Wendy's the food was old the customer service was on point an outside the establishment they had people begging for money I would not go back here I ordered the bacon cheese fries it made me want to throw up and a spicy chicken sandwich was good if it had been fresh so I'm not a happy camper with Wendy's
This place is the absolute worst Wendy's I've experienced. It took over a year of missing food, toys, and wrong orders for me to post this. Ruined meals with friends and family because the staff here refuses to check the accuracy of what's put in the customers bags. Wasted gas, driving back to this place about a dozen time for a correction to my orders. Even when I check to make sure everything is in the bag something will be missing from the sandwich (ie. Bacon, ketchup, etc.) Don't waste your time or money here.
It was excellent the manager you see there plus the staff oh my gosh they were all so super nice and respectful and so professional the friendliness blew me away but I had the best time ever there . You all have to go. If you don't you will regret it. Thank you all the staff and management are the Brentwood Wendy's on fifth Ave in Brentwood.
I give this Wendy's location a one-star rating because the staff was completely incompetent and provided terrible customer service. From the start, the lady at the speaker took forever to take the order (which was a mobile order pickup, so she just needed my name) and seemed to not be paying attention, which wasted my time and caused frustration.
Furthermore, the staff's refusal to provide change for a 10 was unacceptable and inconvenient, given that we were splitting the bill with coworkers. Their response of "we don't do that" was unhelpful and unprofessional.
To top it all off, the food I received was completely wrong, even though I had specifically requested no lettuce, tomato, or mayo on the chicken sandwiches in the mobile order. This shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer's order.
Overall, this Wendy's location failed to provide the level of service and quality that customers should expect from a fast-food restaurant. I cannot recommend this location based on the terrible experience I had.
The reason for my review is because the crew here never puts any napkins or utensils in the bag. A night supervisor is recommended. Should I send my complaint with pictures to the BBB?
The food is okay but it could always be better. Like if they didn't try so hard to give out cold fries. The people serving you the food you can tell they don't want to be there.
Its an ok place. It wouldnt be the first Wendy's on long island i personally would go-to. They forget things and when you call they'll tell you, that you can come back now to get it fixed or they'll put your name down and owe you next time you come- then when you go, your name isn't written ANYWHERE. Waste of time to call and complain about anything unless you want to turn around or leave your house to drive back here.
