I did a mobile order while standing on front of the restaurant, went in and washed my hands, and when I went up to the counter, the young man at the counter was friendly, as he greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I had a mobile order, it was already made. I sat down in the nice, clean dining area, and as I opened my bag and took my food out, I noticed the my fries were fresh and hot and my sandwich was well prepared, not slapped together, or not portioned correctly. They did a fantastic job, and I wish that I would've walked up to the counter to say so.
My bacon double stack was prepared correctly. They did a really good job on my special order but the burger itself was really dried out and cold. I know Wendy's can do better
they gave my little sister cold not cooked fries with blonde hair and when we went up to them and said “ hi, sorry this fry is under cooked with hair on it “ and she was being rude and said “ probably because its been sitting for 30 minutes “ when my little sister just got the fries and ate them as soon as she got them. then people here was super rude about it
Worst experience ever, I work for fire rescue and my wife and I come into town here to train with life pack, on our last visit we went through the drive-thru and placed an order for two 10-piece chicken nuggets and two milkshakes. Halfway back to our destination which was Sarasota my wife realized that they had given us the wrong order and called the Wendy's location to explain.. my wife was assured that the next month we came into town they would make it right. I came back into town today to train and called the location and they refused to help me. I suggest that you do not give this location any of your business. And I would ask anyone who works for fire rescue not to give this location any business as well.
We stop here at least twice a week at one time or another. The food is usually decent. But the customer service especially on the weekends through. The drive-through is beyond horrible. There’s two little girls that work that drive-through and they are the nastiest people I’ve ever met, rude obnoxious doesn’t even begin to describe them
Had lunch here the day before writing this review.
I've never been a fan of 'fast food. '. That said, as such 'necessary evils' often go, one would stand out among them as a shining diamond in a sea of coal.
And once upon a time, that diamond of the fast food world, was Wendy's.
Sadly though... It seems it is now Wendy's time to lose that title.
Burgers are rubbery and cold. Fries are cold and taste as if they've been fried in old or burnt oil.
And the servers act as though it's quite inconvenient for them to have their time infringed upon for the purpose of doing their job and serving you.
If they can find a way, a path, back to being a good fast food restaurant, great. If not, they should sell or immediately shun
Gave me rubber chicken one time. But for the most part the food has been ok. Their fries are always over cooked or taste old.
Dunno if you guys just fired and rehired everybody recently or something, but service has been very lackluster the past couple weeks.
Fries overcooked, drive-thru attendant doesn't pay attention, takes forever for them to even accept my card to pay.
Please train your people or get new ones.
