I have consistently bad service at this location. Every time I come no one answers the speaker, I usually wait 15 minutes for someone to answer. I have to speak up and get their attention and that doesn't always work either. If they were busy I'd understand but there's usually no one else in the parking lot or drive through. When I get to the window the guy has the headset on and is just hanging out. I think they're hoping if they ignore people long enough they'll go away. If I didn't have a mobile order I would have left. They also made my drink wrong twice the last time I went and I just gave up and kept it.
Order only through Kiosk. One Kiosk available. Could not get a simple order through the kiosk. Watched at least half a dozen people give up ordering and leaving the building. No chocolate shake available. Ordered through internet @3:00pm. Text message said order ready for pick up at 3:20 pm. Still waiting for our order. Will not be patronizing Wendy’s in the future.
It’s a consistently terrible experience. Every time I go to this Wendys. When I have my kids with me, I can hear the employees, shouting racial slurs and various obscenities to each other in the kitchen. The food is always terrible either over or undercooked. The place smells horrible and the crew acts like they don’t want to be there or don’t speak English. Lights in the drive-through. Been broken for years at this point. Oh yeah, every time I go here the parking lot is full of cars but there’s no one in the restaurant so I can’t park hardly because all employees are taking up the spaces in front of the door instead of parking in the back. The stall in the men’s bathroom is literally falling apart, like it could fall on you at any moment
Had late evening craving for some Wendy’s, one of my all time favorite food chains.
Rarely went to this location, and yet it already felt odd to me with my recent experience here.
It appeared to be a slow night at the drive-thru as there wasn’t much wait time when I got there.
I had two simple spicy chicken orders, and was asked to pull forward after paying and receiving my drinks.
Nothing out of the norm here, but I was very excited to believe that my food was going to have to be cooked to order as I was asked to pull forward and wait about ten minutes.
This, however, was a big disappointment as when the employee brought over the food, everything was cold - even the chicken sandwich.
The fries were cold and stale, chicken was cold and had a rubber texture as if it had been sitting out for a while.
It was a disappointing trip; such a wait for cold food. Hope this isn’t the normal standard at this location.
Wanted to get some food at around 9:40ish. I looked it up on Google Maps to see if it was open and it said it closed at 11PM so naturally I went pulled up to the drive thru, and no one said anything about it being closed through the speaker until we said something, and the guy said it was “pre-closed”. It’s okay to close early if it’s not busy, but to keep us waiting there like idiots, until we speak up is annoying.
Typical Wendy's food and was hot. However, the flies in the dining room, the sticky soda machine and dirty bathrooms shows this place isn't kept as clean as I would prefer. Staff didn't go out of their way, but wouldn't go back as the place just felt dirty.
If i could give negative stars i would. how hard is it to read a screen and prepare the food as ordered. the incompetence is strong in this establishment.
I tried to add a cookie to my meal but failed. Employees didn't seem to hear me after I placed my original order. I asked at the window and received a blank stare. I gave up but then received an apology as I drove away. Strange.
