I come here quite often as it's down the road from my house, they do a pretty good job majority of the time but lately I've been having missing items. And today I ordered 2 sausage egg & cheese biscuits. I'd be more understanding if they were busy at the time but I was the only one there. So.... where's my sausage in both biscuits?! Lol but the workers there are always kind!
Loved it. We had to wait for our take-out order and the guy asked if we would pull off around the corner. We did and the Manager brought out our food and was so apologetic. Good service
Wendy's offers a consistent product and service everywhere. It is easy to stop and get good, predictable food. If you are looking for American burgers and tasty fries, Wendy's is your place.
The dining room is usually clean and not bombarded with background music. Restrooms are usually clean. Service is kind, but not always timely.
Breakfast sandwich. Muffin gad to be a week old. Hard and stale. Also had not one, but two, long hairs in sandwich. I have breakfast at other locations that was great. But this location not good.
I used to get breakfast here every morning. Today I went in to redeem points on the app and it just swallowed my points with no reward. When I pointed this out to the "manager", she said it was a known issue and that she didn't want to do anything about it. Again, I have eaten breakfast here almost every morning for the last year, interacting with this person multiple times, and she still gave me an unacceptable and unreasonable response. I will not be returning, which sucks since the rest of the staff has always been very kind to me.
Came to order late at night (before they closed) and they were so incredibly rude. I ordered just some chicken nuggets and they gave them to me freezing cold. The guy was so sassy and unnecessarily rude.
Taco Salad was missing the Wendy’s Chili. I thought that was the whole point of the Taco Salad- it’s salad, with chips & chili.
It’s not as if the kitchen ran out of chili though, I still got my bowl of chili I ordered.
The point of my order was that I wanted the Wendy’s Chili that is typically included in a Taco Salad, in addition to a bowl of it on the side, because the Chili is that good. Yet here I am, I ended up with less chili than I ordered. Why?
Also, no straw with my soft drink in a drive-through order?
For was cold by the time I drove 5 minutes to my house, as usual. Maybe it only stays hot in the restaurant. There's a reason I don't go to Wendy's more than twice a year.
