Unfortunately this is the most convenient Wendy's to me. I've never had an issue with service from dinner time and on, But I tend to get breakfast here one day a week, which is always delicious, But it's always a hassle. I swear each week a different ingredient for my order is always 'not ready' And I have to wait 10 minutes until it's done and/or they remember I'm still waiting outside. Also the coffee is gross but that's not a problem exclusive to this particular location.
This place is convenient because it's within a couple hundreds of yards of my place of work. That being said....
They never get an order correct.
Their food is always luke warm.
You never get sour cream with your SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE BAKED POTATO. You have to ask for the sour cream each time. If you're not careful and go through drive-thru, you will find yourself at home with just a chive potato which defeats the purpose of what you ordered.
Service is slow and poor.
1 of the 2 self-serve soda machines is usually down.
Workers there appear like they don't enjoy life, and it shows.
Overall, poorly managed, poorly serviced.
All I have to say is, they need to close this store down. Nothing but horrible food and service from here EVERYTIME!! Who puts your fries and nuggets in a cup ? Who tells you, you can only buy 3 combo meals because they are short staffed ? Who also says you can only buy large meals ? This hole in the wall Wendy's. Don't bother.
This place is horrible. Have yet to meet a single person who isn’t multitasking, whether it be getting so deep in conversation that they talk to each other for 10-15 minutes in between handing out food, blasting music so loud you can hear it in the parking lot, or whatever else they do in there, whatever little bit of work that is also being done is simply not enough. Almost every order is incorrect, be it one sandwich or the whole order nobody in this building can get it right. Not to mention you wait for 20 minutes while they go get whatever they missed from your order. NOT TO MENTION the amount of times that the price on the receipt doesn’t match the price I paid. Many times over I’ve been double charged or a few extra dollars added on or whatever. Absolutely unacceptable, DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
Service was terrible. The lady at the drive-thru window was on her phone the entire time. My meal sat in a bag next the window as she chatted on. I enjoyed my meal sitting in my car using the wifi.
Ordered a pretzel baconator and got a top pretzel bun and the bottom bun was a cheddar jalapeño bun... not sure how that happened. The rest was average. Can't go too wrong with a regular Baconator. Also two combos was nearly 30 dollars. Quite expensive for fast food.
The worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. Worthless. Foul. Liars. Awful customer service. I'd pay money to watch this location close. Feels more like a Popeyes. Wendy's Corporate will be receiving a call about this pitiful location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
No lettuce, also no barbecue sauce. Then they forgot my 6 piece nuggets so I had to drive back to get them! This wendys is the worst, always bad customer service, long waits and food missing! Unfortunately for me it's right by my house so I gotta deal unfortunately!!
